Chapter 12

Melissa's pov.

"What's wrong with you Melissa. You look like you've seen a ghost".

Parker and I where in the living room while Michel and Jordan went to keep an eye on Harry.
Mike and Jordan are more like servants. Slaves. Puppets and I'm sitting with the puppet master himself.

"Why are you doing this Parker. After all these years. Why now" I refused eye contact. I didn't want to be dragged back into this. Not again.

"It was a request. A job more like"

Wait. So there's someone else. Someone more in control?

"By who?" I lifted my head up and looked into his dark black holes for eyes.

"I'm afraid that's classified darling". His evil grin appeared showing his white shiny teeth. How Are they so white when all he dose is spit bullshit?

"W-what are you going to do with Perrie" I asked. He couldn't know she was pregnant. Which she might not be. But I'm gonna find out.

"Put two and two together. Your a smart one. You know the answer."

And that's the answer I was afraid of

"Why am I here. Why do you need me?"

" your full of questions Melissa. Questioning our alliance?" I heard the hint of annoyance in his voice.

"No" I stated quickly. "I just want to know why there is an alliance I mean. Why me? Why?"

He placed his hands on the coffee table
"Because. I have more I store for you"
And that's all I needed to hear.

"I'm gonna go to the store. Pick up a few things. After all we will be here a while" I said standing up.

"Yes. WE will". Was all he said as I placed on my layers and headed out the door to the late stormy night

Kaitlin's pov.

" I'm calling the police" Zayn said going for the phone but I grabbed his hand.

" and tell them what? Two adults went missing? Their over age Zayn. There's nothing we can do"

I felt him tense up. "Kaitlin. You don't understand Something is wrong. And I can't let Perrie get hurt". Now it was him who gripped my arm.

I felt the tears in my eyes.
" Zayn. I do understand" I felt the tears roll down my cheeks.
"I just got Harry back. Zayn. I can't loose him again". I stopped to calm myself. "But something's are out if our control". I checked the time. 1:23am. It was pitch black. Snowing. And the roads are ice. And all we could do us wait.... And wait.... And wait.

Harry's pov.

It's 1:25am. Kaitlin has called a million times but I can't risk telling her. And I'm being watched.

I look closely as I see a skinny girl with dark hair run from her car into the 24/7 quick mart. And something in me felt weird. Like I should go talk to her. But I don't. I sit in the car and stare at my phone.

Melissa's pov.

I ran I to the store and my eyes darted around. I wanted to make this quick.

I ran around and got milk, bread, eggs, and some water.
I was walking around when I found the pregnancy test and grabbed one.

I made my way to the counter and paid. Keeping my head down.

"Hella storm out there" the boy mutters bagging my things. But I ignored him.
"Not safe to drive. Not at all" he said again. "Maybe you could-" that's it
"Shut the fuck up and hand me my shit" i snapped. All the color drained from his face and he handed me my bag. I snatched it from him and made my way back to my car. I threw the bag in the passenger seat and started the car waiting for it to warm up.
I glanced over and saw the pregnancy text sticking out. Don't do it Melissa. Don't do it. I felt tears prick in my eyes and I couldn't stop it.

Parker's pov.

"Hello Perrie" I said pasting on a smile, entering the room. She scowled at me as if her evil glare could penetrate skin, I'd be dead,

"No hello back?" I teased. Making her tense,

"Why do you want me?" She growled. She gripped the ends of the armrest of the chairs with her fingers, makings her knuckles turn white. She put on a strong face, but I could sense her fear.

"Darling, sweetie. your just the bait tomorrow Harry will be here, right in that chair" I said pointing to the empty chair in the opposite corner "he'll be squirming and fighting but he'll lose."

"Why me. Why Harry. Why" her voice shakes after very word. She was cowering down. Something tells me, she has to much to loose. And what is with all the whys?

"I've been keeping a close eye on all your friends Perrie. I know Louis and sweet Eleanor are out of town. Niall and Ruby are on there honeymoon to the Bahamas, lucky them I must say. And Liam, sofia, and Danielle are at each other's throats. IF Danielle isn't locked in her apartment somewhere."

She turned pale white and fear took over her face. And she started to shake.

"Your going to kill me... Aren't you" and the girl has finally figured it out.

"Not just yet"

Mikes pov.

"Yo Jordan! Come look at this!" I yelled. We where on the roof of the supermarket and I noticed Melissa in her car,

"What is it?" He asked. "Look" I said pointing to the black vehicle. He took the binoculars and looked.

"Holy shit. Is Melissa crying?!" He said with laughter in his voice.
"Damn... Girls havin a scene in there" I replied.

It went silent for a few minutes,

"Hey Mike?" Jordan whispered
"Yeah?" I replied.
"What If Parker drags us into more of this kinda shit... I can't keep doing this. I have kids now Mike." He said. He was worried. Parker had sever issues. He's a fucked up man. And we made the mistake of getting ourselves into this years ago. But if we knew it would end up like this, we wouldn't have.

"We gotta take him down Jordan. We've got to take him down"
