Chapter 8
Zayns POV:
Harry was growing weaker. He must be becoming calmer. Then he just stopped, and lay on the ground. I fell to the ground, panting and exhausted. Harry was becoming harder and harder to fight.
Suddenly I heard a growling noise. That was not Harry or my werewolf friends. Those were vampire growls. But it wasnt Sunday night? I shot up to a sitting position.
The vampires in the corner were transforming. What was going on? Somethig must be happening. Then it hit me. Niall was off alone with Sara. She was in danger.
Harry was returning to normal. "HARRY! The Vampires!" I yelled. His head snapped to the two in the corner. "It's not Sunday." He said confused. "Nialls alone with Sara! We need to move!" I yelled, jumping to my feet.
Harry grabbed Louis, who lay unconscious. He had smacked his head on the ground when Harry knocked him aside. "I can track him. But we need Liam." I reported. Harry nodded, slinging Louis over his shoulder.
I grabbe Harrys shoulder and he used his vampire like speed. We found Liam back at the house. I glanced nervously at the sun. It was setting quickly. "We need to move!" He yelled, and we rushed from the house.
I held onto Liam's shoulders as he took off into the sky. I sniffed the air. "East!" I yelled, and Harry and Liam flew off towards the ocean.
We soared through the air; as I tried to keep the scent. I nervously glanced at the sun which was close to setting. Niall could kill Sara if he went into vampire mode. We needed Sara. For reasons she didnt even know yet.
Suddenly I spotted a small island. "Down there!" I yelled, catching a strong scent. Liam and Harry dropped from the sky; and hit the small beach. The second we hit land, the sun set completely.
We took of across the beach. I transformed into complete wold mode so O could run quickly. "SARA!" Yelled Liam into the night. We heard a growling followed by a scream.
Saras POV:
The sun had set, and I was starting to tire. I heard crunching of feet not far behind me. My eyes widenedx and I took off at full speed.
Growling came not to far back. Stupid vampire speed! "I screamed when I tripped, landing on the ground. I looked up and saw Niall slowly coming forward.
He looked completely terrifying. I screamed, crawling backwards. I shut my eyes, preparing for what would come next. But nothing came.
I heard different growling, and opene my eyes to see a wolf leap onto Niall, knocking him to the ground. I sat open mouthed and wide eyes as a battle broke out.
Suddeny someone pulle me to my feet. I turned to see a boy I didnt recognize. "Im Liam." He told me: Liam. That was one of the boys Louis had told me about. Half vampire, but didnt attack humans.
"I won't hurt you. Come with me." He said, extending his hand. Knowing my other option was Niall and the wolf, I took it. We took off running, but at a normal speed.
"Hop on. Im taking you home." He said. "Will I be safe there?" I asked, remembering how Harry had burst into my house. He didnt answer. I gulped. "Hop on." He repeated, and I did.
We flew up and shot through the air. "What's going on? Why is Niall like that?" I asked. "We aren't sure. Vampires are going wild tonight." He replied. "Why aren't you?" I asked.
"Im only part vampire. I didnt get the part where I transform." He replied. "How?" I asked. "Ill tell you later." He said. I fell silent, as we soared over the water.
Liam's POV:
I wasnt taking her home. I couldn't. She wouldn't be safe there. The vampires from our gang who had been at the hang out could track her. They could kill her easily.
I had only told her I was taking her home so she could trust me. I hated lying, but it was the only way. Sara was speacil. Even she didnt know of the power she had.
