Chapter 39
Sarah's POV:
I saw all the boys staring at me with wide eyes. My whole body ached, and felt tingly like there were pins stuck all over me. My throat ached, and I slowly raised a hand do feel it.
There was a dent. The memories came flooding back. The gangs headquarters, the torture, the chain, Harry. I found my other hand enclosed by his, as he worriedly stared down at me.
Dang he had changed a lot since I first met him.
"Sarah. Do you remember everything?" Asked Liam, standing behind the couch i was on. "I-I-I think so." I croaked out with great difficulty.
"Her throats worse than I thought." Said Liam immediatly to Zayn. "You're alright though. You're alive." Said Harry sounding extremely relived.
"Im never leaving your side." Said Louis, and I smiled at him. He was such a good friend. Harry glared at him. What was his issue? Me and Louis were only friends, and its not like we were dating.
"I think we better get you to a hostpital." Said Liam. "Ginny?" I managed to ask. "No. I real hostpital." Said Liam. "ARE YOU INSANE?" Yelled Niall from across the room, making me jump. I didnt know he was there.
"Niall..." Started Liam, but Niall cut him off.
"No. Look at us. We may have human sides but they'll know something is different about us. Suspicious." He said.
"And won't they know Sarahs not human if they do tests on her vital signs?" Asked Zayn.
"Louis will take her while the rest of us keep an eye on them from a distance. Make sure non of the gangs show up. As for her vital signs, she must have those of a human because shes been going to the docor her whole life." Said Liam.
"Liam. Are you sure we should take her back into a town?" Asked Harry. Yes. Yes they should. I loved them and all, but it would be nice to see some normal humans again.
"Harry. Dont you want what's best for Sarah?" Asked Louis. Harry again glared at him.
"I suppose." He mumbled.
"Alright Louis. I'll send the two of you into the city. Take care of her alright?" Said Liam. Louis nodded, and came over to the couch.
Harry reluctantly released my hand, and Louis instead grasped it. I smiled at him. Soon I had the feeling of total weightlessness. Before I knew it we were in a park.
Louis's POV:
Finally I was alone with her. Granted te others would be near by, but there was nothing Harry could do if I made a move. First hostpital though. That was across the street.
"Can you walk?" I asked her. "I think so." She replied, and I helped her to her feet. She was shaky, so I placed her arm around my shoulders so I could support her.
Many people stared at us, looking worried. I'll admit that he injuries didnt look to good. We crossed the street and entered the hostpital.
Almost immediatly she was whisked away, leaving me with the paperwork. Fun as ever. Soon I would go up and visit her. Harry could only watch as I asked her to be my girlfriend.
