So there I was in my dress in high heels running around the function hall making sure everything was perfect. I heard the clunk of Alex’s biker boots making her way across the room. She grabbed an extra balloon from the back and blew it up with the helium tank. Then she inhaled all the helium in her balloon and said in a high squeaky voice “Stop stressing Jazz the party’s gunna rock.”
“Stop inhaling my balloons!” I said smacking her with one.
“Come on live a little. Just-” she stopped short and was looking over my shoulder. I turned around to see 5 guys in black suits and black masquerade masks walking towards up. Each of them was carrying boxes.
“Excuse me can I help you?”
“We are looking for a Miss Jasmine Mercer. We were under the impression this was her birthday party.” Harry lifted his mask and winked at me
“Haz!” I said throwing my arms around him “I’m so happy you could come!”
“WE ARE TO JAZZ!!” Niall shouted.
“So what’s with the boxes?” I said as me and Harry pulled away.
“Well the pretty wrapped ones are your presents and the rest ore masks everyone gets when they arrive. Surprise it’s really a Masquerade party.”
“Haz you’re a genius.”
“I know. I try.”

So the party was in full swing. Zayn was in charge of getting everybody to dance and he had done a damn good job EVERYONE was on the dance floor. I looked over and noticed Niall grinding with a girl. I was getting a little closer so I could creep on them when I heard the girl say “Niall I've known you for 3 years I think I could tell it’s you even with a mask on.” Niall just shrugged and pulled her closer. Niall and Rylan?! Oh-kay then.
I turned around and walked right into Harry. “May I have this dance?” he asked me when the song changed. It was a slow song. He pulled me into him and I wrapped my arms around his neck and we swayed in time to the music. It was almost perfect.

So almost everyone had gone home and me and Alex and the boys were cleaning up. I walked outside to walk the boys to their cars when Harry pulled me aside and said “I had to see your face when you opened my gift.”
“Okay then?” I said pulling of the bow and paper. I opened the small square box to see a Pandora charm bracelet. There was already one charm on it, a diamond rimmed with purple hearts in the middle. It was beautiful.
“I know purple is your favorite.” He said as I kept staring at the bracelet. “If you don’t like it I can always get you somethi-”
“It’s beautiful harry absolutely perfect!” I said reaching up to hug him. He sighed in relief and when we pulled away he helped me put the bracelet on. He laced his fingers with me and leaned over and kissed my cheek.
“Happy Birthday Jazz.” He let go of my hand and walked off. I was left smiling like an idiot.
