A New Family

Luke's POV:

Lily learned in a little and planted a kiss on my check. My face immediately flushed.

"Didn't want Kyle to see that." Lily admitted and opened the door for me, mindlessly, I walked out. I touched the part of my cheek where Lily's kiss lingered and climbed into Kyle's truck.

"So what happened?" Asked Kyle.

"Nothing." I smiled and rubbed my cheek again, my face still burning.

Once I got home I stripped down to my boxers and and climbed in bed. Hugging my pillow I laughed into my pillow. There was a feeling in my stomach that felt so good and just made me think about Lily more. I wonder if she thinking about me now..

I took a blanket and walked over to the window, opening it. Sometimes I just like staring out my window, but this time it was because I could get a better picture of Lily in my mind. Her white dress was stunning on her slim body, it had sequins on the top and had a soft material on the bottom. She took my breath away in her outfit and makeup. She looked almost unreal, like a Barbie doll. I felt so out of her league at the dance, I hoped she liked my dancing. I think I prefer her without makeup, it makes it seem like I have a better shot with her. Crawling back into bed, I punished my pillow then strangled it, that was for you, Jacob.

I fell asleep wondering why Lily was adopted, I hope she knows she can trust me.


Louis's POV:

"I wanna hold you wanna hold you tight! I wanna hold you wanna hold you tight! Yeah teenage kicks right through the night!" I sang.

"Goodnight everybody!" Yelled Niall. We all left the stage, our ears still ringing from the roar of all the girls. Climbing into the car, there was more screaming girls, getting out of the car there was more screaming girls, going into our hotel there was more screaming girls, and finally in our room, there was no screaming girls. I sighed in relief and jumped onto the bed, exhausted.

"That was one hell of a show!" Shouted Harry, we all nodded in agreement.

"What's on?" I asked Liam, who was flipping through channels. We all made our way to Liam, surrounding him.

"No, not the weather!" Complained Niall.

"I wanna see what I should dress like tomorrow!" Posted Zayn.

"I agree!" Shouted Liam, I groaned and forcefully took the remote from Liam. I started to flip through channels, looking for something good to watch.

"Wait, stop I think I saw Eleanor!" Shouted Harry. I went back a few and my jaw dropped. No, no, no, no!

"The ambulance had just picked up Lily Tomlinson, adopted daughter of the beloved Louis Tomlinson from the band, One Direction and they've entered the E.R. Eleanor Calder, the mother of Lily, is anxiously waiting to hear more news about their daughter. Maybe she can tell us more about whats happening. Eleanor, what happened to Lily?" The camera showed Eleanor, slumped in a chair, looking terrible.

"She's very sick." Eleanor said blankly.

"And have you told Louis yet? I think he just finished his concert in Australia."

"I don't want to worry him, he would come back, and he needs to stay doing his concerts."

"You do know he's eventually going to find out, right? He might even be watching this right now!"

"If he is," Eleanor looked directly at the camera, "Louis stay wherever you are, Lily's going to be fine after a day or two, please don't leave!" The camera turned back to the newscast lady.

"Well there you have it folks, stay tuned to here more about-" I turned the TV off and dived for my phone, speed texting Eleanor, just in case they're still filming her.

Me: What happened?

Eleanor: She accidentally forgot about her allergies, and put on a corsage on with a real flower, the doctors are going to open her up and try to get all the pollen out of her bloodstream before she blows up like a balloon

Me: How long will she away from school?

Eleanor: A week, she's still going to have hives for at least five days and she'll need to recover from the surgery, which is happening in a day

Me: Last of all, are you sure you're okay???

Eleanor: I'm fine, stay were you are!

Me: Yeah, I got the message on the newscast

Eleanor: I call you later when Lily wakes up

Me: I love you

Eleanor: Love you too, bye

Louis: Bye

Dropping my phone, I put my head into my hands.


Luke's POV:

The weekend was too long for me, all I could do has think about Lily. I wish I had gotten her phone number. I biked to school, hoping to bump into Lily, but no luck. In home room a ton of girls gave me their numbers, but I threw them all away. I practically sprinted to Pre-Calculous, excited to see Lily. The only problem was, she never came.
