Invincible
"OperationGetIn." I mutter as the door opens for me. I step inside, and swiftly look around for Alexander. No sign of him.
I press the earpiece to my ear.
"You there, Clark?"
"Mhm. Who's this?"
"Joshua. Where's Alexander, Belle and Alfred?"
"They're here. Well, except for Ale- who just walked in.. Nevermind."
"Okay, call them to my office. We need to talk."
I look around for them. "Hey, Alex!"
He jogs over to me, still holding a knife. "Yeah?"
"Joshua called me. Can you get Alfred?"
"Sure." He goes to the archery station.
"Belle!" I yell as I walk over to the knife throwing. "I got the message, Lea. Let's go!"
She puts down the knife and we're joined by Alfred and Alexander. Anna stops me with a smug look.
"You're so in trouble. "
"Either that, or we're going on a mission," I reply harshly. "If you came and you caught on fire, I wouldn't even spit on you!"
I continue with them, looking back at a confused Anna.
"Okay, listen. This is why I called you." Joshua says as he closes the door to the study.
"Alexander, you're great at swiping. Belle, you can throw better than anyone else here. Alfred, you and Alexander will go great together, since you and him are as quiet and swift as the purr of a cat. And Lea.. you, my friend, are the best archer in the Force. I've called you here because you all go great together, and you're going to be in the Dragon Stain lair."
"HOLY SHIT!" Alexander says/yells.
"What!?" I stammer, still not understanding.
"You're going to be with the Dragon Stains for a bit to pretend you're with them, then you're going to tell us what they're planning."
"B-But they're on the other side of the town, they- they know us!"
"Joshua, someone spotted me for a second when I got the files!" Alex blurts.
"I know, you told me already! But the files didn't have the information we needed! I'm giving you the whole day on Tuesday, A.K.A in 2 days, where you will pretend to join! Go train, you have to get ready!"
"Can we tell anyone-"
"Yes, yes! GO!"
"But Joshua.." Alfred starts.
"Why us?"
"Because together, I know you'll be invincible."
