The rest of our lunch was uneventful. We chatted a bit, but when I say Chinese food is my weakness, I wasn’t joking. Some of the walk home I was just thinking, about Harry and I. Like, if there would be a Harry and I? Was Ashley right about him feeling the same way? I know I promised myself no thinking, but why wouldn’t someone think about this? About the chance of being with Harry Styles. There was so much pressure, I didn’t want that. But maybe there wouldn’t be pressure; maybe it would be good, like it is now. Hopefully easier because I wouldn’t be thinking about him maybe liking me, I would know. Right? What if something actually did happen between Harry and I? Summer only lasts for so long.

-Harry’s Point of View-
“Hello, mate.” I sat down across from Jake, not sure of the type of situation I had just gotten into.
“What’s up man?”
“I was kind of wondering, if I should… or how I should talk to Annabelle. I just know you’re good friends, and sometimes she can be very distant. Honestly I don’t want to make an ass of myself if she doesn’t like me, because I enjoy her company.” I told him honestly.
“Man, don’t worry. Annabelle is a thinker because sometimes she’s scared, she doesn’t want to get hurt so she keeps things to herself.. She’ll probably kill me if she finds out I told you this. I’m 99.9 percent sure she likes you. Tell her, she should be fine. But you’ll just have to ask her what she’s thinking. Sometimes she won’t tell you, sometimes she likes being alone because she likes to think through everything because that’s just who she is. She likes to observe things, she likes to observe people.” He shrugged. “She’s not boring though, she’s up for anything. Also be careful, she’s smart. She has built a wall and doesn’t let just anyone in unless she trusts them.” It was quiet for a moment while I took in his words. “She trusts you.” He said sincerely.
“Thanks mate.”
“No problem man… So I hear you like golf.”
