I open my door, ready for a run.
i figured i can't be lazy all my life.. i have to get up at least once...right?

i put in my ear buds and listen to Avril Levigne, Smile.

i stop when i hear someone singing along. then i notice it's me...but not just me.
"Liam!" i say, turning around.
"Hey there." he says. i take out my ear buds.
"So, why are you here?" i ask.
"You want me to leave?" he jokes, i shake my head and smile.
"Wanna go grab a coffee?" he asks and i nod, and we walk to the nearest Starbucks.

i start laughing at the stuff Liam was telling me.
"You know something? i get was Harry was talking about.." he says, sort of to himself.
"What do you mean?" i ask. He looks up as if he didn't mean to say anything.
"He used to always-well, he still does- talk about how you get small dimples as you laugh, and you always lean in when you laugh, and the way you use sarcasm A LOT." he says and i was going to use a sarcastic reply, but i didn't want to make Harry more right than he is.
"Well, i guess he had spent much time studying me from a far." i say in a dramatic tone.
"He didn't keep it much of a secret..." he says chuckling to him self.

After some silence i decide to speak up.
"So, Liam, i thought you had a girlfriend?"
His face freezes.
"We, um..we broke up." he chokes out.
"I'm sorry i didn't-"
"It's okay." he says in a soft yet harsh tone. i slide over next to him and give him a lingering hug.
i give his cheek a light kiss.

"You know I'm a good friend for heartbreak advice.." i say and he smiles.
"So am i...if you ever need anything...go to Tomlinson, i don't want to hear about it." he jokes and we laugh a lot.
"Honestly, i am hoping that since I'm with Harry i won't need heartbreak help..." i mumble with a smile at Harry's name. i sigh, "I've received more heartbreak than love..."


Liam and i talk for awhile. He told a lot about Harry. How his old relationships went. What he'd usually do when he liked someone. The plans he had thought of to get me..

All very sweet..

I almost trust him with my heart now...
