Pregnancy Test
GinaMarie's POV:
After a lot of crying and hugging, Darcy got tired out and decided to go to bed early. For some reason she asked me to tuck her in to bed, like Harry and I did when she was little. I kissed her forehead, closed her door, and walked downstairs. Harry was on the couch. "What was that all about?" he asked as I sat down beside him. "Well it's a long story so i'll just tell you the important parts. Basically, she took my birth control pills, and now i might be pregnant."
"I'll go to the drug store and buy the pregnancy test!" he said, and ran out the door. I quickly ran to the door and yelled "HARRY!" He came back. "Wouldn't it be a little odd if a man in his 30's ran in the drug store, got a pregnancy test, and got home as fast as he could?" I said "Well I guess so." he said, "I'll go." I said, grabbing my coat and walking down the street, past Harry, and down to the mall.
I took the shortcut through the field of North London High School. It was just beginning to look like spring, so it wasn't too cold or too warm. I got to the parking lot and walked into the mall. The Drug Store was filled with the smells of perfume and lipstick. I walked down to the baby isle, and saw the box of the test. Remembering when I was first pregnant with Darcy. I felt so happy when I was. Now if I am pregnant, my heart will sink.
I walked up to the register and payed for the test. "Good luck." the cashier said as I began to leave. "Thanks" I said and left. I walked home as fast as I could. As soon as I came home I ran upstairs to the bathroom. I took the test out of the packaging. 10 minutes later I came out, crying. As soon as he heard me, Harry ran upstairs. His arms wrapped around me. "What happened?" he asked. I handed him the test. I was pregnant.
