Zayn's P.O.V
It was really hard to say no to staying for dinner at Alex's house but I really did need to get home because my dad was quite sick and mum needed help around the house.

It gets tough at our house sometimes, mum and dad always fight, but not lately, dads getting sicker and dosent have the energy to argue. I am not really effected much emotionally by dad's illness yet, but what does affect me is the thought of if his illness was enough to kill him, but I try not to think about that.

I pulled into the driveway of our tiny house. I got off my bike and unlocked the front door and walked in "I'm Home!" I called sticking my head into the kitchen.

"Zayn! Where have you been?" Mum exclaimed as she hurried around the kitchen, mixing things and chopping ingredients.

" I was just at a friends house, doing school work" I replied

Suddenly mum stooped and looked at me, "You were at a friends house doing school work? You? Doing school work out of school?" She said lifting her eyebrows in disbelief.

" yes as a matter of fact I was!" I replied trying to sound smart.

" We'll this is a change." She said going back to cooking.

" What ever I do your never happy are you?" I said jokingly

"Oh, don't get me wrong love, im happy your finally getting into school and all that but it just dosent seem like you."

"whatever, I'm going to skip dinner today, im going straight to bed, night mum!" I said rushing to my room.

I jumped onto my bed, not bothering to get changed. I don't know why I was so eager for Tommorrow to start. I got comfortable and almost instantly I feel asleep.

Alexis's P.O.V
I woke up unusually late today, it was 9:30, I usually wake up at 7:30. I could her my Stupid brothers downstairs making a racket, probably purposely trying to wake me up.

I laid in bed listening to their nonsense when I heard another voice, I new who's voice it was instantly. I got up and ran downstairs faster than I think I ever had when I got close to the lounge room I slowed down and kept quiet, I tip toed in and when I was close enough I lunged myself up and jumped on his back.

"Hello!" I yelled and then got off him.

"Alexis! Hey how have you been? I haven't seen you in ages!" He exclaimed

"I have been good! America's pretty cool, anyway why are you here?" I said happily

"Zac just moved here with his family!" James answered.

" Awesome! Now I won't have to put up with Bryce as much since he will be with you!" I said

"we were just thinking about going to the beach for a surf, you wanna come?" Zac said smiling which showed of his perfect teeth.

"um, yeah sure, have you guys has breakfast yet?" I said

"nope, we are gonna have some in town" Bryce said rubbing his tummy

" ok we'll I will get dressed and then we can go!" I said running to my room, " hurry up then cause we are starving!" I heard Bryce yell from downstairs.

I walked into my wardrobe and quickly got changed.
I wore denim shorts with a white loose top and silver necklace with gold sunglasses, gold sandals and I let my hair flow normally, I did not bother with makeup other than water proof mascara.

I like to change up the way I dress because I get sick of dressing the same way, I sometimes dress like a tomboy, sometimes like a kinda girly girl, my clothing style can be pretty all around, but my fav is my tom boy style.

When I was done I walked downstairs to the boys and then we all got into Bryce's car and we were off.
