Things He'd Never Tell Me

Chapter Six

Harry got up after a few minutes of silence, and headed towards where he thought that London was.
London was on her bedroom's balcony. She could see the whole London and the Thames from it. She was wearing a silk night gown, her caramel UGGs and long black cardigan. She knew that that wasn't the most normal pajama, but she couldn't care less. She felt comfortable. Her hair was down. She looked in peace. However she wasn't. She just wanted to face the "cold-hearted monster" and yell at him. She didn't feel safe knowing that that man was downstairs having dinner with her family. She was the sacrificing lamb. She just couldn't help but wonder over what did her her father do that was that bad...

Someone knocked on the the door, waking her from her day-dream.

"Who is it?"

"It's me. Harry. Can I come in?"

"No, you can stay there. I don't want you here."

"Well, I can always use force. Does that change your mind?"

"What do you want?"

"I want to talk to you."

"You already are."

"But I want it to be face to face."

This was her shot to yell at him. She let him come inside. Harry grew confused when he noticed that she wasn't there.

"London?"

"Balcony."

"Oh..."

He headed there and saw her. He was enchanted with her beauty under the moonlight. Well, he already was, but in his opinion, the moonlight even made her more beautiful. He took place by her side. He tried his best to focus on the city and river in front of them, but he couldn't. He was lost in the beauty of the girl, who owned the city's name.

"You wanted to talk?"

"OH, right...Yes, I wanted."

"Go ahead."

"So... The wedding..."

She swore under her breath. That was the last thing she wanted to talk about. Wedding... Her biggest nightmare.

"When are you turning eighteen?"

"Two weeks."

"When do want the wedding to be?"

That got her stuck. Wasn't it obvious? She didn't want to get married to him. But she wouldn't tell him that. She was scared.

"When do you want it to be?"

"The soonest."

"Eager?"

"You can bet so. Lets make it three months. I'll see you later."

He stood straight, grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to him. Too close for her liking. He dropped his head to her shoulder and whispered on her ear.

"Sleep well."

He kissed her small hand and left.

London went to bed, only do sleep a dreamless sleep...
