Things He'd Never Tell Me

Chapter Eight

The five other guys and the three girlfriends, drove to the restaurant in another car, my parents drove with my siblings and Harry insisted to drive with me. He claimed that he needed more time with me, and that we needed to get to know each other better.

My parent couldn't do a thing so I simply got inside the black and new Range Rover. Harry's smile lingered in my mind from when I told him, that I would go with him.

His car was particularly clean and it smelled oddly like vanilla, and not like cigarettes or such as that, like I believed it would. He seemed to understand my confusion, and told me that he had cleaned up, the day before. Well, I actually did thought that it was always like this. He made some small talk, asking me personal stuff while I asked him other stuff. I turned around on the seat to get my purse, but shrieked back into my place when I felt something cold, touching my leg. I let my hand wander towards it, feeling the cold thing again. I started to touch it, feeling something that resembled a trigger. My hand moved a little bit more to the side, feeling another part of it. This one, was long and was round. It took me a while to realise that it was a gun. I gasped and Harry moved to face me. His eyes widened when he saw the gun in my hand. He started to stutter, telling me that I wasn't supposed to see it. I simply nodded, telling that it was alright, and put it back in its place. I looked around, facing the outside, seeing London.

Harry sighed and looked at street, apologising for the gun. I simply nodded not knowing what to say. London's streets were oddly peaceful. When I started to realise where we were, I only grew more confused. Where were we going to?

"Confused?"
"Yes..."
"We're going to Gordon Ramsay's Maze Grill."
"There's one here in Grosvenor?"
"Yeah. You didn't know?"
"Nope."
"Well, then now you do.

I was scared. Harry had two of his people in each entrance of the restaurant. He said it was to make sure that were safe. Sure, he's the safest person ever. Note my sarcasm. He was on the upper seat of the long table, opposite to my father, with me by his left side and with Liam on his right one. I was right next to Louis.

Maybe, but only maybe, the lunch wouldn't be that bad with Louis by my side...
