When Dreams Meet Reality
Niall Called Me Princess
- Niall's POV -
I enter the hotel room that Liam, Zayn and I share. My breath ragged and my eyes most likely blood-shot. I slam the door behind me, flopping on the couch.
Liam pokes his head out of our kitchen. "What's up? I thought you were going over to Abbey's house." I stare up at the ceiling, numb. "Niall? What's wrong?"
All the boys were in our room apparently. Just great.... "Nothing, Liam, nothing."
"You are such a big fat-"
"IDIOT!" Louis interrupts.
"No! Louis, shut up. I was going to say you're a big fat liar. Now, spill." Harry says, somehow squeezing on the couch with my spread-out figure.
"I did go over to Abbey's house. And I talked to her." I murmured. "She was playing guitar. She had just broken up with her boyfriend...." I trailed off, not wanting to say the rest.
"Well? That's not so bad. Now she's free, go get her tiger." Zayn crouches next to me, and nudges my shoulder playfully.
"No. You don't get it. She broke up with him because he abused her. And I said that no one was going to hurt my princess." I bury my face in my hands. I hear everyone gasp, so melodramatic.
"But you only just met her!" Louis states the obvious, finally being serious. I sit up and he puts an arm around me.
"I know, but ever since I laid eyes on her, I've felt this pull." I say, shaking my head. "And now I've probably ruined our friendship."
"Wait a minute. Are we talking about the same Abbey? Because I am almost certain we're not." Harry states. "Look, she loves us all, but I think she loves you the most. Plus, she's the type of girl that won't freak out when something like that happens. She's tough."
"Yeah... yeah I guess you're right." I say, feeling more confident now. "I'll go over to her house first thing tomorrow."
