♡ Chapter 26 ♡
~Niall's POV~
Candi jumps out of her seat and runs up the stairs, daring the complete and total shit out of me. I stand to go to but Louis stops me.
"Mate, let her go herself. It's her friend, and Liam's up there also. Lets just clear the table, then we'll see what's up." Louis says wisely.
"Lou, you know how dangerous Harry can be. Plus you already know the backround between Candi and Harry. I need to go up there." I push past him and make my way up the stairs.
Its strangely quiet up here. What? That cannot be right.
As I walk past Audrey's room, I take a quick peek through the door. In that moment, my heart is shattered into billions of pieces. My head starts to throb, and I feel like bursting into tears. It's Candi & Harry. They're kissing.
Louis was right. I should of just stayed downstairs.
~Harry's POV~
Right as my lips attached to hers, I felt the sparks erupt. I know she felt that too. She just had too. The most surprising thing about this, is that she is actually kissing me back. She squints her eyes open, but they turn wide and she pushes me away from her. She looks past me into the doorway, and her eyes fill with sadness and tears.
I turn my head towards we're she is looking, and now I know why. It's Niall. He saw everything.
"Niall. It's not what-" Candi tries explaining, but Niall just stands there with silent tears trickling down his face. He stops her mid sentence.
"Don't. I never thought you would hurt me like this Candi. I truly thought you were different." He turns and starts to walk, but Candi stops him before he can leave.
"I love you" she fell onto the floor sobbing, and Niall just stares at her with tears puddling in his eyes.
"No. You don't. You wouldn't do that to somebody you love." He starts his why down the hallway, leaving the emotional wreck girl that I want on the ground before me.
Now I've got her right where I want her.
~Candi's POV~
Nialls last words hit me, and they hit me hard. He's right. Nobody would ever do what I just did to somebody they love. I know that Harry kissed me, but I kissed back. Im just as much to blame as Harry is.
But I just couldn't pull away. Harry's lips with mine just felt so.. Right.
Candi fucking Thompson! No. Just no.
But- yes.
N.O. He only wants you for your body.
He didn't say that though...
Thats what he meant you dumbass.
GREAT! Now Im talking to myself. Im a fucking physcopath.
"C'mon. Lets go." Harry lifts up my sobbing, shaky body, and carries me down stairs. I try to tell him to stop, but I can't control my voice. Every word I speak turns into muffled cries.
I close my eyes and bury them in his chest, and I may or may not have made the top of his shirt soaked in tears.
I just want to lay with Niall. I want to curl up in a ball, and somebody lay next to me. Comforting me. I love Niall. I just want him back.
But I won't be able to get that back. He doesn't love me anymore.
I sob even harder as this thought enters my mind. He doesn't love me.
Harry opens the passenger door to his range rover, and sits me down in the seat. He even buckles me up, adjusts the seat, and closes the door behind him. It's too bad that Im crying to hard to say thank you.
WAIT! Why am I even in his car? Before I had a chance to ask him in between my tears, he starts the engine and starts driving down the road. Where are we going?
I am in a car, driving down the road with Harry. The only person on this planet, that Im truly afraid of, and I have no idea where we are going.
