"What the hell J?"

"You have to get up!!"

"Yeah, I got that..." I covered myself in a blanket and whimpered loud enough for her to hear.

"Don't give me that missy!!!"

"What? No happy birthday??"

"Oh, right!"

She disappeared onto the hallway and I slowly got out of bed. She came back moments later with a tray of food. She set it down in front of me and left the room.

I looked at the tray. Eggs, bacon, half of a grapefruit, a bagel with cream cheese. Under my orange juice glass, there was and envelope that read:

Dear Capri,

Happy 18th birthday. This is one of the BIGGEST birthdays you will ever have. And I want to make it super special!!! I know for a fact your dad doesn't have anything planned, or Mason. But I do!! I have been planning it for months now.
In my closet you'll find and outfit hanging there (your name is labeled on it) you will wear that after your shower!!
Grab your make up bag and get in my car I have all the heating tools for our hair so don't worry about that.

We have a flight at around 3 so move your butt. Oh and make sure to eat your breakfast!!! Love you!!

A flight? Like an airplane? She's insane. But I am way to hungry to worry about that.

After finishing the last of my breakfast in silence, I bolted for the shower. I stripped down and stepped into the steamy oasis. The pelts of water felt like rocks on my bruised body. Today would be a long day as it is. But even longer having to hide my bruises from Jade.

After getting dressed in my ombré shorts, white crop top that has a big print of the Rolling Stones lips, and a leather jacket I was ready for the car. I grabbed my phone, and the makeup bag and shuffled out to her car which Jade was already sitting in.

"Hey, ready?" She started the engine, the radio filling up the car in a warm embrace

"Depends. Where are we flying to?" I said in a sarcastic tone.

"That's for me to know! Now buckle up!"

Jade's POV

We were going to LA for a concert but she can't know that until we got there. But I could ever keep my mouth shut about this. I am already getting worried about spilling it. I looked at my console and turned up the volume and heard a very familiar song. I turned it up a little louder and started singing.

"Ohh baby baby don't you know you got what I need? Looking so good from your head to your feet. come a come over here over here come a come over here yeah"

Capri jumped and sang the next line "oh I just wanna show you off to all of my friends making them drool on them chinny chin chins, baby be mine tonight mine tonight baby be mine tonight yeah!"

i always loved seeing Capri let loose and just not care for one minute. I mean I love Capri, but she seems a bit depressed. I remover when we were 10, she would be so quirky and fun. Now she just looks destroyed. I want her to have as much fun as possible so today I will make sure that happens.

"and let me kiss you!" Capri finished the song. "I love one direction!! Jade, do you?"

"I love them! Look! We're here!!!" We pulled up to the airport parking lot.

"What are we doing here?"

"we are flying to LA! I know we live in San Fransico , but if we drove we wouldn't make it where we are going." I explained.

"oh well it's 2:00 now so we better get in there if our flight is at 3"

"crap!!! I forgot!!"

Capri's POV

this whole thing was a little intimidating, I mean I don't know where we're going and she shoved me on a plane that we will only be on for 3 hours it's just weird. But since she woke me up so early on my summer vacation I might aswl sleep through it.

~3 hours later~

"We're here!!" Jade explained as we landed.

"Where are we going next?" I asked while we were stepping off the plane.

"Staples center!!"

"your taking me to see a concert!?"

"not any concert... One Direction!"

Oh. My. God. ONE DIRECTION?!
