Why Me?
WTF?!
Darren's POV
(starting from when he ran away from Abrial)
I ran past to catch up to my girlfriend Avalon. We've been together for 3 months now, but Abrial doesn't know. She thinks that I just recently asked her out. At first I felt bad for keeping Avalon a secret and I knew Avalon was tired of being a secret. I told Abrial, just in a different story so she wouldn't be mad that I didn't tell her until now. I caught up to Avalon and tackled her with kisses. She turned around in shock before she grabbed my face and gave me a big kiss on the chin, since i'm so tall. I bent down so she could peck me on the lips.
"So, you tell her yet?" She gave me a stern look
"Yes babe, I did and she gave me a weird look so I ran off. Plus you know I couldn't wait to watch my baby dance." I smirked at her.
"Of course, well let's go before i'm late." She ran to her car while i ran to mine.
~after her dance class~
I said bye to Avalon before heading home, right when i pull up, I see five guys hopping out of a car. They look back at me in confusion, I decided to walk up to them.
"So, you lads mind telling me why you're here?"
"Oh we're here to see Abrial." As soon as the blonde boy said that, I headed straight for the door. I mean what the hell does she have five guys coming to visit her for? She must be out of her mind if she thinks i'm letting them stay. I knock on the door, the boys must have wanted to bother me because they also wildly knocked on the door. After a minute or so, Abrial answers the door in her pajamas. She knew I was angry by the way I was clenching my fist. I grabbed her wrist and drug her upstairs to my room. We get there and the first thing I say is
"Why the fuck are there five punks waiting downstairs for you?" I emphasized punks
"Well first of all how am I supposed to know, I didn't even know they were coming. I was just minding my own business when you guys knocked on the door, by the way why did you knock, you have a key?" She was trying to change the subject and I didn't want to argue with the boys just downstairs so I went along with it.
"First of all, I forgot my key on the dresser." I pointed to the key and she nodded " Second of all, don't think we're done here, i'm going out i'll be back later. Then we'll discuss the punk situation." I gave her an angry look before going to Avalon's house, hopefully she can help me understand.
Abrial's POV
I don't know what just happened, but I forget about it right now and walk downstairs to find the boys really into the movie. I walk over to the TV and shut it off, a sudden ring a whines fill the room as the guys complain that i just ruined the "moment".
"Why did you guys show up here without telling me and where the fudgenuggets were you at school?" I asked angrily. They chuckled at my substitute for fuck before Liam answers
"Well, love you see we didn't want to go to class so we skipped. To answer your first question was because we were simply bored and decided to head over here." He says like nothing was wrong. I couldn't help but relax because they didn't do anything wrong.
"Well next time you might wanna give me a heads up. That dude you saw was my brother and he just basically spontaneously com-busted in front of me. Anyway why were you guys so into this movie anyway?" I asked with a smirk
"Hey don't judge. It's a good movie." Harry and Louis say in unison. Sometimes i worry about how close they are. I say nothing else i just put in another movie
The movie was finished pretty soon and I told the guys that they had better left before Darren got back. They agreed with all types of frowns, I found Louis' so adorable though? Anyway they left with goodbye cheek pecks and hugs. After they left I shut of the TV and headed upstairs to my bedroom.
Saturday Morning A.K.A last game of the season
I got up and got dressed. Today was the last game of the season. I grabbed my duffel bag and headed to the school gym for the last game. When I was stretching for the game I noticed five familiar faces in the stands smirking at me. May seem creepy, but in my world it was completely normal. Too bad Darren had to go to Avalon's dance recital, nice to have some family support, not!
I officially finished (and won) the game with a spike to the other teams end of the court. I could hear the boys cheering over everybody. I looked around smiling, but it quickly faded when i realized that none of my family was there to see or support me. I looked to my team and the other team and said my good lucks before heading to the locker room. I showered and got into my favorite oufit. I stepped out to find Louis waiting on me.
"Where's the others?"
"They left, but they also said to tell you congratulations on the win." He said with a genuine smile
"Well I feel proud of myself for once, the fact that my family wasn't here kind of ruined it though." I sighed
"Well the boys and I are already considered your family because we like hanging around with you, as you can tell." He gave me a sincere look.
"Thanks but nothing can help me get over what just happened, anyway wanna come over?"
"Oh yeah I have to walk with you anyway I told the boys to go home already and i would walk you home." He looked at the ground almost as if in embarrassment.
"I don't really have a choice now do I?" He shook his head. I told him to follow me and we walked to my house in silence. We got to my house when Louis decided to wander around. He left while I changed to my pajamas. I went downstairs and heard a huge splash, I went to my backyard to find Louis in his boxers hysterically laughing. He asked me to join him and i thought why not? I'm bored anyway. I told him to wait and went back upstairs for my bikini. When i stepped back out the other guys were there and their faces were speechless.
