(Zayn’s P.O.V)

She squealed? Omg she just squealed. I can’t believe she squealed. She definitely is a bigger fan then she is letting on. But I don’t know why it’s bothering me that she isn’t telling me how much exactly she likes the band, or the fact that she said Niall was her favorite. Huh. Maybe there is something in this Indian air that just drives sane people crazy.

“You squealed! You must really like me”, I said with a smirk.

“Ohh don’t go there Malik, I told you I like Niall the most. I squealed because..yah because I have a very close friend who is absolutely crazy about you. Yah.”

“So.. if that is truly the case then why are you blushing so much?” I asked her, and she blushed again.

“OMG look at the time. Lemme go get ready and we need to get our boarding passes too,” she said getting up and effectively changing the subject.

“You need to get ready?”

“Yahh. I’m returning home after a year and I ddnt sleep a wink tonight thanx to somebody, I don’t wanna look like a zombie!” she said playfully.

“Girls!” I muttered. “Be quick!”

After almost half n hour later, she emerged from the powder room, looking fresh and radiant with her newly applied makeup. She is just so beautiful.

“You look beautiful”, I blurted out before I could stop myself.

“Wow. I never thought I would live to hear a member of 1D call me beautiful. Especially Mr. vain himself. Huh!” she replied quite coolly and without blushing.

“How come you didn’t blush at that?”

“Huh, well what do you know? Who thought I’d get immune to Zayn Malik’s charms?” she giggled and there it was, her cheeks flooded with color.

“There, mischief managed”, he said, “Shall I take ur luggage?”

“You take my luggage? Wow, I’m not dreaming am I? Feels too much like a dream. But yah you can. Why don’t you have luggage?”

“Umm… I didn’t really have time to you know pack and shit…”

“Oh.. I’m sorry that I bought it up zayy”

“zayy?” did she just call me zayy??

“yah zay.” And she winked at me. Such a turn on!


(Manisha’s P.O.V)


We were walking towards the checkin counter in silence but inside my head I was screaming. LOUD. ZAYN MALIK IS CARRYING MY LUGGAGE. ZAYN MALIK SAID I LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS DAY. NEVER. IF I DROP DEAD RIGHT NOW I’LL STILL BE THE HAPPIEST PERSON ALIVE!!!

“Isha….. Isha?”

Zayn had been trying to get my attention for god knows how long, I hadn’t even realized we had stopped walking and that we had reached the checkin counter. Oops.

“Can I please have a window seat?” I asked, giving him my ticket and passport.

“I don’t think that will be a problem ma’am. Actually we have upgraded you to the business class due to some technical error. Enjoy the flight.”

“Huh? What kind of technical error?”

“What does it matter?” asked Zayn “let’s go!”

“Oh my god. You were the technical error weren’t you?” I asked him accusation clear on my voice.

He grinned in a heartbreakingly melting sheepish grin.

“Yeah. Cuz I can’t even begin to tell you what a big help you have been tonight. Just accept it as a gift okay? And I really didn’t think you would catch on so early. Oh and also just so you know, I’m crashing at ur place during my entire stay”, he added with a smirk.
