"Well, goodmorning.."

I heard a voice that was getting clearer.

"You have been sleeping all morning.."

It was Bim, I was almost sure. I opened my eyes and a bright light shined in my eyes. But then I started to see a grinning figure forming in front of me. She was sitting on a chair.

"What's up?" I asked raspy.

"Your hair." She laughed.

"Very funny." I said and sat up in my bed.

I pushed my hair down. My morning-hair was definitely not a pretty sight. She had a teacup in her hans, and wore sweatpants and a baggy t-shirt.

"How long have you been watching me?" I asked her.

"Not too long, I don't want to be a peddo. By the way, you got a text." She said and pointed at my phone on the desk right next to me.

Excited, I picked it up and checked. It was Harry!

Harry: Goodmorning Kath! I'm going to be very busy this last day so I wont be able to text you. But we're still up for tomorrow, right?

With blushing cheeks I started to write back.

Kathleen: Oh, I see. Yeah, we are still seeing each other tomorrow. Have fun on your last day!

Then I locked my phone, and glanced at Bim.

"Still not going to the party tonight?" I asked.

"Seriously. If I'm going to any party at all, I'm at least going to a party with some class."

"What do you mean?"

"C'mon. This is a school-party."

"It's a college-party!" I said.

"Whatever. It's the same thing."

She stood up and drank up the tea. I stood up too, and walked over to her.

"Please. It won't be the same without you.. If I promise it will be fun, would you go?" I asked.

"Kath, listen.."

"No, you listen." I snapped. "I promise it's going to be fun. If you don't like it, you can leave. But otherwise, get yourself a great night. Please..?"

She looked at me, and it felt like she really wanted to say no. But somehow, she sighed heavy and looked irritated at me.

"Fine." She said after a long while of thinking. "I'll go to the stupid party. But don't expect me to stay long."

I jumped of excitment. I had actually got Bim to go to a party with me!

"Great! You can borrow a dress or something if you want?" I said while smiling like a sun.

"Forget it!! I can go to a party if you want, but I'm not wearing a dress.." She snapped and turned her back.

Damn it, I thought. Then I did something incredible stupid. It's the only way to get her to wear a cute dress, I thought.

"There might be some cute boys there..?" I winked.

I didn't realize what mistake I had made until it was time for the party.
Bim turned around, slowly. She stared empty, and started to smile. What was she thinking about? What was so good that made her smile? But then she coughed and shook her head.

"Show me the stupid dress.." She mumbled and I cheered.


It was evening. The sun was gone a long time ago, and the sky was filled with stars. It was going to be a beautiful night. From my spot in the window, my gaze wandered over to Bim. The bathroom-door was open and I could see her do her makeup. She was so sweet.

"Are you ready Bim?" I asked her and she immediately looked at me.

"Yeah, give me five minutes." She said. "Besides, aren't you going with Liam tonight?"

I got chills when I thought about his hot body. I had always pictured him as a thin and long, not this guy with rocking hot muscles.

"Yeah, I'm waiting for him now. But I thought maybe you wanted to come with us?" I asked her.

She smiled, a typical Mona Lisa-smile. Just a small smile that you couldn't exactly read.

"I appreciate that, but.." She smiled and looked down. "I have someone who's taking me there.."

All my thoughts about Liam stopped. Bim.. had someone who was taking her to the party? Who could that be? Just like she had read my thoughts, she looked up and said:

"Louis. Louis is taking me there."

I was quiet. Louis.. He can't be taking her there? Why would he.. I had no right to feel that way, but my heart slightly broke. Why? He wasn't mine. He was just my friend. My really hot, and nice, and amazing friend.. My jaw was down, and I started to think about what to say when the door knocked.

"I'm.. Excuse me.." I mumbled with my eyes flickering confused around the room as I walked to the door and opened.

There was Liam. I had no idea why, but he made my Louis-jealousy go away for a few seconds. A few stunned seconds, a few amazed seconds. Liam looked like a dream-guy. The kind of guy people write stories about, make movies around, and talk about in fairy tales. He looked like a prince. His hair was perfect, his clothes were beyond perfect, his face.. And his body. When I opened the door, he looked down, but when our room-light hit his face, he looked up and gave me a half smile.

"Wow.." I breathed.

"No.. You are, wow.." He said and checked out my body, and my beautiful dress.

I blushed.

"Thanks." I said low.

"Are you coming?" He asked.

"Yeah, just let me grab my purse."

Before closing the door and heading to the party, I threw a glance at Bim. This night could really get interesting..

Hi! I know this chapter wasn't very exciting, but I promise, it will get exiting. Actually on Saturday (in the fanfiction), things are really going to spin out of control, haha. Well, gotta go. Watching Sex And The City now! Love, A.
