Five Lovestories
Chapter Two, "The New College"
I woke up by the sound of my phone, vibrating. I groaned, but decided to take a look at my new textmessage.
Sarah: How's the new house? Miss you.
Sarah! She was my best friend, and she was also the toughest part of leaving Winchester, home. But this college was my dream-college, everything I ever wanted, and when I got applied to it, it was worth moving and leaving everything behind.
I started typing.
Kathleen: It is great! Miss you too.
Sarah: So, let me get this straight. You moved there so you could live on your college, but you parents moved there too, just because they were sick of this town?
Kathleen: Exactly. When I got applied, I was ready to move, and at the same point, they wanted something new, so they moved too. But you already knew that.
Today was my first day at college, the first day at "Vocal University". I was nervous, excited, but really, really happy. I was going to miss my parents so much, and little Faye. Living away from them would be something totally new. But at the same time, really cool. I practically jumped out of my bed to get ready.
After dressing myself, I went into the bathroom for some makeup. Nothing special, no extrem colours. That wasn't my style. I went with white and brown, easy and smooth. When I got down, everyone was up already.
"You look.. gorgeous." Mom smiled and looked at my outfit.
"Thanks mom.."
I had some breakfast, straightened my blonde, long hair and brushed my teeth. I was ready. Ready to go. But not ready to leave my family. I hugged them all, said "goodbye" a million times, my mom cried but when I was starting to get late, it was time to go. Mom stayed home with little Faye, and dad was going to drive me there. Me and dad helped each other with my three suitcases, and took them out to the car, which was packed with stuff too.
We got into the car and drove away. Once again, i plugged in my headphones and turned up the volume.
'Cause you wear your religion like a war sweater
You ask for the truth, but you know
You could do so much better
And you sat on your fences, and you screamed no retreat
So what will your legacy be?
When we finally arrived, I knew it was the college I had seen on the pictures. It was enormous. I stepped out of the car and said goodbye to dad for the last time. I saw him drive away, disappear in the distance. It was though, but I thought about how much fun I would have. I started walking towards the doors. It was buzzing inside of the giant house, there were more people there than I expected. A bit lost, I managed to come through all the people up to a bigger room, with lockers and doors. I was really confused. All of the sudden, I heard a guitar melody in the background. I couldn't see where it came from, but it obviously came from somewhere in the building. I started walking towards another direction. It couldn't be impossible to find my corridor, right? But instead, I came to some sort of bathroom. I sighed in frustration.
"Need any help?"
Before I turned around, the only thing I could think of was that the voice behind me was from a guy, a guy that may not be from England. And then I turned around.

Yes, I felt so too. But hey, if you wanna check out my new fanfiction, please do! It hasn't as good updating as this one had, but it's only because I want every chapter to be inspired, good, and well - perfect. I've only written one chapter but I'm working on my second. x :)
