Sky's POV
My shift at Nordstrom Rack is from 11-4. I have my lunch break at 1:30. I'm normally not hungry, do I just walk around the strip mall, but today I have to make a call to my dad. I nervously pick up my phone and dial his number.
"Hello? Who the fuck is this now?!"
" Umm, hi dad it's Sky. Daisy told me to call you?"
" Ohh yeah you have 3 months to be out of this house or else. And after these two nights of sleeping over at Daisy's house your not allowed to go any where until I leave. Do you understand?"
" Yeah but where do I go? Where are you going?"
" Dam it Sky! Why do you ask so many questions! I don't know where you should go its your problem not mine. An I have a errr business trip, and after the trip I'm moving out there."
" Ok I have to go my shift is coming up."
" Excucuse me!? You do not say when we are done talking bitch! You better watch your mouth or else my hand will be there!"
" I apologize dad."
" Good you ungrateful pig. Bye."
He hangs up and my eyes tear up, but I refuse to cry.
Dasiy's POV
Sky walks back into Nordstrom Rack with watery eyes. I walk over to her.
" What's up? What happend? Did you call your dad?"
"I'll tell you at your house I don't want people to over hear and plus I want Scarlett to hear too."
"Ok well it's a good thing we only have 2 hours left."
The two ours flew by! When our shift was done, Sky and I walk over to the car and I drive her to the school. The car ride over is complete silence. I pull up to the school and she steps out.
"Thanks Daisy."
" Your welcome! I'll be here with Scarlett at 8 ok?"
" Yeah that's good see you then!"
Sky's POV
I walk into the front desk, swipe my key card to let me through and I open the door and sit down at the front desk.
"RING,RING, RING"
"Hello thank you for calling Farimont Public school Sky talking, how can I help you?"
"Hey Sky it's zayn."
" Ohh hi Zayn this is weird how did you get this number or like now I work here, o wait haha Instagram."
" Yeah, umm at you and your friends still going tommorow?"
" Yeah of course!"
" Ok good we just didnt want to show up at Starbucks and you guys not be there. The limo will be at Farimont at 8:30 is that good?"
" Yeah that's fine!"
"Ok well, I have to go. Ill see you tommorow!"
And he hangs up.
When Dasiy and Scarlett get to the school I'm finally finished with all the filing!
"You ready?"
" Yupp I just finished."
" Hi Scarlett!!!"
" Hey Sky! So... How did you win to meet One Direction?"
" We'll the just gave me there contact number on one of my Instagram pictures and I called them. I told them that I didn't enter anything and they just said I looked like I need some help. Ohh and you guys need to be at Farimont at 8:30 that's when the limo will be there."
"Ok that's good" Daisy says as we pull up her drive way.
We all hop out of the car and walk into the house.
"So what did your dad say Scarlett is her so now you can tell us."
" Are your parents home?"
"No there gone for 2 more months."
" Ok well my dad said I have 3 months to get out of the house, but a when I was 14 after all the divorce stuff was done I found a note under one of the floor boards from my mother saying she made a secret baking account. It said that he will put 100 dollars in a month just in case something happens or if I need money it's pretty much an allowance. The note also said that if I get to be 21 and no money had come out she's going to take all the money out just in case my dad finds it. So I will be able to buy a house with the money. I have neer taken any money out of it so there is probably enough that I could get a car a house and start going to school again!"
"O my gosh! How could he do that!!! You could stay here if you want!! This house is giant. My parents wouldn't care!"
" That would be good I would only be here for a little bit though until I find a house. Hey where are the cookies?"
" In the cabinet ubove Scarlett."
" Here" Scarlett says as she hands my the plate full of cookies.
Uhh I'm already fat enPugh do I really need these cookies. Umm ill just go for a run or something.
"Thanks"
When the conversation runs out we walk up stairs and get ready for bed.
" Hey Daisy we should straighten Sky's hair if we curl it the curls might not last the whole day."
"That's smart we'll come to the school at 8 and do touch ups and ill bring you the clothes I picked out for you when I pick you up to go to Nordstrom Rack and you can change into it there."
"Ok well I'm super tired so I' m going to bed."
I walk over to Daisy's California King size bed and lay right in the middle. The next second I fell Dasiy and Scarlett roll into bed with in minutes were asleep.
