Chapter 10

*Harry's POV*
Oh my god. I can't believe something so terrible could happen to such a sweet person. She didn't deserve this. She didn't deserve the years of bullying she went through. She didn't deserve what that son of a bitch did to her. She stopped trying to hold back her tears and just let go.

She was sobbing into my chest when I kissed her forehead and said to her, "You're okay. You're safe now, and I'll never let anybody touch you ever again." She nodded, and her tears began to die down. We sat there with her cuddled against me for what seemed like forever, but I never wanted it to stop.

*Adriana's POV* He continued to hold me, trying to comfort me, but I couldn't relax until I finished the entire story. "There's more to it," I explained as I looked up to his astonished face, "throughout the rest of the time I lived there he did this to me, almost every night. I would hide in my room when he'd come home, hoping that the door to my room wouldn't open, and that he wouldn't step in, but he did.

I lived in that house for another four years going through this, until, I started getting my period. Which by then I was eleven, he was well in his forties. I was almost twelve when he got me pregnant.

I didn't know until I was well into my term because I didn't know the symptoms, and I thought I was just gaining normal weight. It was too late in the term to abort, and he made up some sort of lie to explain what happened," I gulped at my half truth, but Harry didn't notice, " I didn't have the guts to speak up. I was sent to another foster home and carried out my term. When It was time for me to give birth, my hips were too small, and they had to do a C-Section." I pulled up my hoodie to show him the scar I had on my stomach He gently traced his warm finger over the line. "I had to put my baby up for adoption, I never got to hold her...." I trailed off, letting more tears escape. "I never got to hold my baby.."
