Last Glance
~Ashlee's POV~
after erg I walked all the way into the kitchen, I decided that I don't want our last day with or icons to be a depressing one.
"Hey guys!" I almost yell and they all give me confused looks.
"Are you bipolar?" Louis asked with a new found, almost grin that he didn't have a few seconds. I see my plan is already starting to take affect.
"What?! No! I just don't want you guys last day here to be spent moping around!" I say trying to act happy. They all start smiling and I start to feel a little accomplished. I look at Harry and he's intently staring at me.
"Wanna go now?" I ask him, he nods, and everyone else's faces look confused but I decide to ignore it.
"Okay! Let's go!" I say to Harry and then turn back to everyone else, "and when I get back, I better see all smiling faces."
We start walking down the path to the beach, at first it awkward so I decide to talk first.
"So..." We both say at the exact same time "you first" we again both say at the same time.
"No you can go first, I was just going to ask how your day is going." I say, trying not to look him in the eyes.
"okay, well, ah" he stammers, rubbing the back of his neck, " I was just going to say that I'm really happy we have gotten to know each other these last few days." Harry stops walking to look at me.
"Me too." I finally look at him in the eyes and his smile gets bigger.
"Cool" He says simply and starts walking again.
"Harry" I decide to say something I just don't know what yet.
"Ashlee" he says mockingly and stops walking as I did.
"I know I told you we could never be anything because Bella and how she wanted you first, but now she has Niall. And, well, I really like you and I don't know if you sleeping in my bed and asking for a kiss was you trying to tell me you liked me too or not but I--" I was interrupted by Harry pressing his lips to mine. And after my startledness wore off, and I realized what was happening, I really enjoyed it.
It was the most Passionate and most natural kiss I have ever experienced.
He he rubbed his tongue on my lower lip asking for entrance and I willingly gave it to him. The kiss started getting more and more hungry and wanting. Before it gets too escalated, I pull away and things get very awkward.
We we start walking back to the house and as the time passes, the awkwardness decreases, and I'm starting to like it. I didn't realize how far we walked, until now.
Finally, we start walking up the path to the house...
Another thing I never realized was how long we were gone for. When we get back inside, everyone is sitting around and Louis speaks first "where have you been?"
"Why?" Harry asks, apparently not realizing how long we were gone for either.
"We have to leave." Niall answers, and everyone's face drop been lower than they already were.
"Oh." Harry replies and turns back to me.
"Unfortunately, you took so long we were forced to pack your stuff for you" Louis says to Harry. And Harry says a quick thank you and then looks back to me.
Everyone gives Bella a hug and then they give me a hug, right down the line. Once they give me a hug, they head out the door. Harry is last. He gives me a longer hug than the rest of the boys, and I sure needed it. He pulls away, looks at me for a few seconds, picks up his suitcase, and walks towards the door. Just before he reaches the doorway he turns around to look at me.
"Bye Ashlee" he says and his voice cracks a little.
"Bye Harry, I'll miss you"
"you too" and with that, he let the house, closing the door behind him.
I walk over to the window and look out towards the bus, watching Harry walk away. He turns back once more, and waves giving a small smile and I return the gesture, then he walks on the bus.
I hear Bella crying in the background and I almost feel like doing the same thing.
I make my way over to herto comfort her and realize;
When will we ever see the boys again?
