Chapter two
Emilys P.O.V.-
I started my car and drove away from my apartment in shame. It was down pouring outside, I jumped out of my seat a little when the thunder loudly boomed, the sound felt like it was right next to me. I feel so stupid. I swerved off the road and started to cry even harder. Getting unable to drive, I pulled over. The rain is so loud, pounding against the windshield.. I grabbed my shoulder where there's a cut from one of the plates. "Fucking Connor.." I mutter to myself. Its not like I wasn't expecting this to happen though, he just hurts me all too easily. I decided to call Niall, even though I've never told him about me and Connors fights, he's always comforting.
"Missed me already, love?" he answers.
"Hey, I need a place to stay tonight.. Connors a little upset right now."
"since when do you need to ask?" he chuckles and I cant help but to smirk a little.
"I'll be there in a few minutes." I hang up, take a deep breath, and start to drive again.
Nialls P.O.V.-
I feel guilty that I'm a little happy that they got in a fight. Well, not as much happy then.. relieved. He's not the right guy for her. Hell, Emilys only 19, she shouldn't be off getting married with some douche that doesn't even care about her. She should be with someone like.. me. I care about her. I want to tell her that so badly, maybe I should, tonight. No, that would be wrong. But I know the kind of things Connor does to my angel. Bullshit she's "Just clumsy". Then the doorbell rang. "yes." I whisper in excitement.
Emilys P.O.V.-
"Thanks for letting me stay here for tonight, Niall. Connor just needed some time to himself, thats all."
"It's no problem at all. You know I love having you around." he says with a friendly smile. I've never thought of this before, but NIall isn't bad looking, he's actually pretty handsome. And his Irish accent is really cute. But that's insane to think of him as any more that my best friend. That's obviously all he thinks of me anyways..
"Can I get you something to drink?"
"Anything with alcohol in it.." I say as I laugh a little and he smile at me. Damn he has a cute smile too.
