The Start of Something Big!
It was a beautiful morning when Tali woke up. She immediately called Kyra over so they could get ready to go. Today they were going to One Direction's concert and wanted to go together in the same car, Tali was driving, as always. They talked the whole way there, this was going to be the best night of their lives and nothing and no one would change that.
They parked the car and had to walk a good half hour walk to the arena. "this is going to be great" Kyra said with extreme enthusiasm as she linked arms with Tali and they both started running and shouting as they approached the arena. They were both directioners but weren't the type that cried over them, although Tali did have a massive crush on Harry and Kyra had a crush on Liam, they still both new they were definitely not the worlds biggest fans.
As they were running Tali tripped over in a slippery part of the grass that they were running on. "hey you ok? Your so clumsy Tali, come on!" said Kyra in frustration, she just wanted to get to the arena like every other fan.
When Tali went to get her ticket out to show the woman at the door she had a sinking feeling in her stomach that she left the tickets on the kitchen bench. "Kyra, i don't have the tickets, i think i left them on the kitchen bench." she swallowed hard as she saw her best friends jaw drop "Tali how could you! I even reminded you when we left and you said you had them!" They didn't know what to do apart from try to convince the woman to let them in. "I even remember our seat numbers! K-55, and K-56!" Tali tried to come up with every possible way to convince that they had real, payed for tickets "I can't let you in without a ticket love, please make your way out of the line, your holding everyone up!" The girls both moved out of the way to let everyone in. They decided to wait until everyone had gone in and then they would have another go at trying to get themselves into the concert. When everyone had gone in they quickly got up and started walking towards the women at door number 9, but she looked at them and then slammed the door shut. "I'm so sorry Kyra i honestly am, iv'e ruined the night when we said that nothing and no one could" Tali felt devastated at the look on her best friends face, and she saw a light bulb go off in Kyra's eyes and she knew exactly what she was thinking "OMG" they both screamed at the same time while jumping up and down. Tali's family friend owns a hotel in New York that usually looks after celebrities, One Direction were meant to be staying there but somehow there booking got mixed up and they were now staying in there tour bus "Are you thinking what i'm thinking!" Tali said with the sound of hope in her voice "If your thinking that One Direction should come and stay with you for the next three weeks then yes! I am" Kyra said and they both started jumping up and down, that was exactly what Tali was thinking, and she knew it would work seeing as she's lived with her aunt and uncle ever since her parents died in a car crash when she was five. She knew her uncle would think it was a good idea, he was a very flexible person when it came to those things, and he would especially let them seeing as it was his fault that the boys didn't have anywhere to stay any more.
"Hey J, i have a favour to ask, and I think your going to like it." She called her uncle J because that's what she always used to call him when she was learning to talk, so she just stuck with it.
After Tali finished explaining the situation and her idea her uncle responded with "That is a great idea, except i don't think the boys will feel very comfortable staying around two massive fans, that's the reason i said you girls could come to the hotel while they were here remember?" Her uncle had a point, but Tali and Kyra just liked there music and thought that all five of them were super hot, they didn't cry over them or even have any posters of them. She explained this two her uncle and then he finally gave in. "Ok fine, I'll make a call to the management seeing as i still have the number in the phone book at the hotel, i'll tell them that you girls are there and to let you girls give them a lift back, ill also give them your number, Tali so they can call you to let you girls into the backstage area. Understood?" her uncle sounded really serious, but this was a big deal, housing five extremely attractive and famous teenage boys for three weeks. "Understood, thanks J. See you later, love you!" Tali hung up. Then she looked at her best friend who was standing there waiting for a response. "looks like your going to be spending a bit more time at my house than usual!" Tali said with a massive smile that went from ear to ear. They both gave each other a big hug filled with excitement and Kyra said "I don't even know how that is possible, I am at your house every day silly" they laughed, Kyra lived next door, so she was at Tali's more than she was in her own house! Tali's phone started ringing, it was an unknown number "Hello? Oh hi Paul!" it was one directions manager.
