My Love Apocalypse
Chapter 14
Alyssa's P.O.V.
As we exited the room, Zayn carried me bridal style outside. I giggled as he took me outside in the back to the pool. I saw Niall and Madi kissing under the waterfall and I whispered to Zayn "Ooh, look at them."
Zayn chuckled as he was still carrying me. Suddenly, I felt wind blowing in my face and I felt water splashing my face. I opened my eyes to see Zayn had threw me in the pool.
"Zayn!" I screamed with laughter. Shortly after that, Zayn jumped in as well. Madi turned from Niall and noticed us, she told Niall as they swam over to us.
We played around for awhile before climbing out and drying off. We went inside to see Louis, and Liam were playing a card game on the table. I pulled over a chair and asked "What'cha guys playing?"
Liam looked up at me and responded "Oh we're playing Egyptian War." I nodded and watched as they played the unfamiliar game. I guess I get it.
So, let's say Louis puts down a card then Liam puts down a card. If both of the cards equal 10, someone has to slap it and they get the pile. Then there is a sandwich, if someone puts down a 5, then 8, then 5, it's a sandwich. It's confusing at first but you learn it as you continue.
After the game, we all sat on the couch and turned on the T.V. Harry flipped the channel to the News to see if there was any more information about the apocalypse.
A news reporter popped up on the screen and began:
"So, the zombies are now invading the neighborhood Grimmyville. The people in the community have evacuated and zombies have been entering houses and destroying everything they can get their hands on. If you are still in Grimmyville, we suggest you watch out or leave as soon as possible."
Zayn looked out the window and sure enough, we were in Grimmyville. "Let's build some barriers around doors and windows."
I consented and we exited the house to find some wood.
