!ALLISON's POV

"See you later, El. Love ya too. Goodnight," i say to El as she gets into her car. i watch her leave as i slowly walk to my car.

"4 Missed calls?" I tell myself. I unlock my phone and see that they're all from Niall. I click on the voicemail.

"Allison, please answer. It's me Niall. It's extremely important!"

Delete

"Allison! Please Im begging you to answer. Trust me when I say what I need to tell you is going to concern you very much. Please call me."

Delete.

"Allison, we dont have time for this! This is about your sister. She's alive! She's not dead. Please..."

she's alive.

ALIVE!

Tears race down my face. Why would he say that?!

I decide that its time to call Niall.

"Niall?" I say once the ringing stops.

"ALLISON! Thank God! I was wo-"

"What do you mean by my sister is alive?" I cut him off.

"Right. Lilly didnt die two years ago. She was taken by some guy named Victor and he faked her death. She ran off with him because he promised acute for her cancer. It worked," he says.

I sit in my seat and just stare blankly.

"This is a lot to take in. Lilly got hit by a car and she's at the local hospital. You should come see her," he suggests.

"how did you find her?" I ask.

"James. He was some how connected with the man that took Lilly," He says.

"I'm on my way."

"Thank you. See you so-"

"Niall, I swear, if you're lying..."

"Al, i swear I'm n-"

"I will tear you limb by limb," i say before hanging up on him.

I speed towards the hospital and try to clean my face before going inside. I walk in and I see Niall standing in the lobby looking like a mess.

"Hi," he says.

"Where is she?!" I demand.

"She's in surgery. The car hit her really badly," he says. Tears start streaming again.

I clench my teeth together to try and stay strong.

"What the hell happened?" I ask.

"From the top? A guy named Victor promised a lolly a cute for her cancer if she left with him and faked her death. How did he do it so perfectly? I dont know. i do know that James made a trade with Victor to get Lilly from him. I discovered Lilly at the warehouse James was staying in. James has some big plan for Lilly but neither of us know what it is. I had control for a little while but then James overthrew me. He chased Lilly right into the middle of the street. Now... We're here."

I didnt realize how much i was crying until I felt my shirt wet.

"Why didnt you tell me earlier?" I ask in anger.

"I... i dont know."

A nurse walks towards us.

"She's in recovery. Are you family?" She asks me. I nod my head. She takes us to Lilly's room.

"Ready? " Niall asks me.

I ignore him and try to peak through the window. I saw nothing. I slowly opened the door and walked in.

My jaw dropped.

My heart sped up.

My hands starting shaking.

"Hey sis," my baby sister whispers to me.
