ZAYN's POV

I left Allison's house in a rush when I got a call from the local hospital. Vanessa was in a car accident.

The lady at the front desk challenged me on whether I had the right to see Vanessa, her supervisor authorized me access since she made the call to me.

"So what happened?" I asked.

"She was speeding more than 40 miles per hour above the limit, she flew over a hill and smashed into a tree. She's in surgery right now," The lady tells me.

"IS she gonna be ok?" I ask frantically.

"We're not sure yet. She couldn't remember her name, she could have permanent memory lost," The woman tells me. I freeze.

"So how did you know to call me?" I ask in confusion.

"Her wallet and phone. Her phone was pretty banged up but we were able to see her most calls and she called you the most. We couldn't find a contact with a label as mom or dad," She said.

"She doesn't talk to her parents. She has two moms, they disowned her when they found out she was straight and leaving Puerto Rico to come live with me," I answer.

The woman nods her head and tells me to wait in Vanessa's room. I swear years passed by when it was really 3 hours. A couple f male and female nurses rolled her in on her bed into the room. they hooked her up to IV's and other stuff.

"Hi, I'm Austin," A man says to me.

"Zayn," I say an shake her hand.

"I was the one to get her out of the car, she um.... she begged me to stay with her," He says. I nod my head.

"Well thanks man, but I need a minute with my girlfriend," I say emphasizing the word "girlfriend."

"One problem, she might not remember you she doesn't even remember who she is," Austin tells me.

"So what was she in surgery for?" I ask.

"She was bleeding internally, they had to patch some stuff up... I think they replaced her liver... I'm not exactly sure what went on in there," He says.


LOUIS' POV

Eleanor wake me up with kisses on my chest.

"Babe, not here," I moan.

"So get your ass up so we can get home," She giggles. I sit up and give her a quick kiss.

I notice Allison sleeping on the couch and Liam on the floor next to her. I shake my head and tip toe up the stairs. I check on Lilly real quick. I see her jumping up and down in her crib. I run to her and lift her into my arms. I change her diaper and put on an outfit on her squirmy body. I walk over to Harry's room and knock on the door. There was no answer. So open the door. I see Danielle passed out on the bed, naked. Harry comes running out of his bathroom in boxers. My mouth drops and I quickly shut the door. I run down the steps with Lilly on my hip. I place her in her play pen and hand her some toys. I grab Eleanor's arm and coat. I grab our keys and run out the door.

"What the hell Lou?!" Eleanor yells at me in the car.

"All hell is going to break loose. Harry and Danielle had sex," I tell her. Her mouth drops. I quickly pull out of the drive way and speed off.


JAMES' POV

"Wow, you're even prettier in person L-"

"Shut up. Victor told me you need me," She cuts me off.

"No no, I don't need you, you are my... leverage. That's all," I say coldly to her.

"What ever helps you sleep at night," She snaps.

"Listen, I'm not Niall, I'm James. I can kill you right here, right now, I need you for shit. You're just my.... insurance policy...," I say.

"Whether you're Niall or James, you can't kill me,'' She says.

"And why is that?" I ask.

"Because I know Demi, I know where she is," She claims. My body stiffens. I grab the girl and push her against the wall by her throat.

"Don't you ever say her name!" I yell. "Demi is dead!" I whisper.

"No she isn't. I saw just a year or two ago," She says calmly.

"Well guess what, she died during labor," I spat.

Tears fall from her eyes.

"don't you dare shed a tear for her!" I demand.

"Demi was like a sister to me!" she shouts.

"Shut up!" I yell.

"No!"

"Shut up!" I yell. I feel my head pounding. I can hear Niall's voice filling my head. I feel a weird feeling in my stomach. I let go of the bitch and fall to the ground. in seconds I feel like I've been pushed into a wall.

"Lilly?!" My mouth says. Except I didn't say those words...

Niall did.
