NIALL's POV

We all sit in the waiting room trying to comfort eachother.

"Mr. Horan, We have your daughter all cleaned and stable. Would you like to come see her?" A short woman asks me as she walks in the room. We all stand to our feet. I was hoping to hear news about Demi.

"I'm sorry i dont have any news on her. I was one of the nurses caring for your daughter. i nod my head and she opens the door wide for me to follow.

Everyone lines up behind me.

"I'm sorry you guys cant come. She is still very fragile and open to bacteria."

"Don't worry guys, it'll be alright. I'll have you guys come in after I spend some time with my daughter," I say to them.

They nod their heads and take a seat agin. The woman directs me down many hallways.

"Right here," she says with a wide smile.

I walk in to see another nurse holding a tiny person in her hands. She turns around and smiles at me.

"You must be the father. I can tell, she looks like you," She smiles as she prepares herself to hand me a tiny, female version of me.

I take her in my arm. One arm, she's so tiny.

She is beautiful.

"Oh my God. My princess, you are so beautiful," tears start to form in my eyes.

"I love you so much already. Oh gosh. I can't wait for you to meet your mommy. She's just as beautiful as you," I whisper into her cheeks.

"Niall?" Allison knocks on the door.

"Hey, come in," I say.

"She's beautiful," she says. i smile.

"Thanks.''

I hand my little girl over to her. She starts to cry.

Harry comes in.

"Congratulations mate," He says pulling me into a huge hug.

"Harry, come here. Take her will you? I gotta talk to Niall," Allison hands her over to Harry. She grabs my hand and takes me out into the hallway.

"Niall I am so happy for you and Demi. To be honest, I thought i was never going to be allowed to me her. I am so sorry for everything I have done and Niall I promise I've changed. I'm stable now, Danny-*sigh* Danny really helped me," She says.

I pull her into a hug.

"Allison. You're my best friend and Demi's! We love you so much. We knew that you were going to be alright," I let go of her and look into her eyes.

"We believed in you from the start. We even decided to make you Li- my daughter's godmother. Demi wanted Harry to be the godfather. Nothing against him but I wanted Liam, but we finally agreed on Harry as the godfather," I look into her eyes and I can tell she's holding back tears.

"Thank you so much Niall! You won't regret it. I love you so much!" She hugs me again.

"Mr. Horan?" A man walks over to us with a folder in his hands.

"Yes?" I say.

"Wait, are you family?" He asks Allison.

"Yes she is. What's this about?" I ask.

"I'm sorry to say this, but your wife didnt make it through labor. We tried everything we could, but her heart just collapsed. As she was crashing on us we had a nurse pull up her medical history. We learned that a couple of years ago she had a heart transplant but the heart itself wasn't all that strong," He says to us.

My whole world just shattered. My heart just tore into a million pieces.

Allison runs into my arms and sobs and sobs and sobs. I just stand there.

I stand there, motionless.

Emotionless.

In shock.
