we drove to a little restaurant, just outside of town. I have never really eaten out. The whole experience seemed all too exciting for me. Liam opened my car door and helped me out, holding my hand as we walked in. "reservation for Payne" he told the waiter. He brought us to a secluded area, a window that over looked the sea, with a little table set for two, a beautiful center price in the middle. "Liam, this is so beautiful. " I awed. He just smiled and pulled my seat out for me. I sat in it gracefully and sipped my water, looking at the menu. I was craving some peppers, or something Spicy. That I so odd, I never have liked spicy food. Pregnancy does wired things to your body. I ordered the stuffed peppers and Liam ordered chicken. The waiter left our table and we started to talk. "so, hazel, tell me a little bit about yourself." I sighed. "well, I am pregnant, with no baby daddy. " I giggled, stating the obvious. He laughed. "something I don't already know." I laughed. "okay, well I don't have family. Well, I mean I do, but they left me to fend for myself when I was 17. They didn't like my boyfriend, and being the stupid teenager I was, I ran away with him. They told me he was bad news. I disagreed. Classic story, but no happy ending. He cheated on me and used me. Once he got what he wanted by raping me, he left me in to streets, to fend for myself. I ended up working at a strip club, and when I needed more money, prostitution began. But, enough with that shit. What about you?" I laughed at the end, embarrassed of my story.He looked me in the eyes sadly. "I'm so sorry haze, I didn't know you had such a hard life, but don't worry now, your life will be better, cause I am here to help." he smiled at me and grabbed my hand from across the table. Looking Into each others eyes, I started to blush. "you have no idea how much that means li." I blushed a deeper shade if crimson, I had no intentions of using a nickname I had thought of for him. He just smiled at it. I relaxed slightly. Our food came and we devoured it quickly, Liam paying the bill and leading me to his car. "where to now?" I asked, noticing we weren't going home. "another surprise," he smirked and I just smiled, nodding my head, enjoying this time together. We drove for a few miles and came to a bridge. There were candles lit and there were dainty, pink flower petals scattered across it. I smiled over at Liam. "did you do this!?" I giggled. He smirked and blushed. "yea." he took my hand and lead me to the middle of the bridge, sitting me on the railing and holding my hands. "this is so amazing Li!" I laughed as I poked at his cheek. He blushed. "why'd you go through all of this trouble for me!?" I felt so happy. No be had gone to this length to make me feel good. "well, I was actually doing this to ask you something." I liked in his eyes. "what?" I asked, completely confused. He looked deep into my eyes with his sorrow filled ones. "well, I know you are scared about all of this, you know, the baby and all. And I just feel like I could help you so much more. I guess I'm just trying to say that I will buy you all of the stuff you need and I will help you through everything. And... "he took a deep breath. "will you be mine? You caught my eye the second I looked at you on that stage, your beautiful eyes, long hair, your cute little nose." he asked, lightly tapping my nose with his index finger. "please?" I looked at him, shocked. I have no idea what to do, I want him, but I don't want another screwy relationship.Maybe this will be different though. I should give him a chance, after all, he gave me one win no one else would. I smiled at him. "I would love to!" he smiled and leaned in to kiss me, his lips fitting to mine perfectly, I have never felt a kiss like this, sweet, full of love and emotion, instead of lust and hunger. I savored the kiss, wanting to remember this moment forever, the moment that would change my life, for the better.
