Prom Night

Chapter 2: What Do You Want?

*-* The Next Day *-*
I heard a knock on the door. I groaned and sat up from the couch. I walked over to the door and opened it. I looked up and saw a smiling Louis.
"What do you want?" I snapped towards him.
"I'm taking you dress shopping." he said with his signature smirk. I rolled my eyes.
"Um no thanks by-" I said as I started swinging the door shut, but Louis stopped it.
"Hmm, I wonder if baby pink or rose pink would look better with your skin tone." he said as he looked at me.
"Ugg, fine I'll go..." I groaned as I turned,
"Come in and wait, i need to go put on some shoes and get my money." I said before walking upstairs. I slipped on my Black Toms and walked downstairs to the kitchen to see my mom typing away on her laptop.
"Hey mum were going dress shopping." I said. She immediately popped up running over to her purse with a grin on her face, which scared me. She grabbed her card out and came over to me.
"You have a unlimited budget." she said and handed it to me. I smiled and took it. I walked back towards the door and saw louis awkwardly stand there I laughed. We went outside and I saw louis range rover. I walked to the passenger side and got in. Louis got in on the otherside. I got in.
"So its just going to be us?" I asked awkwardly.
"No, Zayn, Harry, Niall, Liam, Lance and Lottie."
"Wait... Why is Lottie going to be there?"
"She 'insisted' on going." he said mocking his sister. I laughed.
"Hey Lou?"
"Yes Lex?"
"I already hate this."
"I know." he said with a smirk, I rolled my eyes. This is going to suck.

"Lex! come out!" I heard Harry yell. Ughh, I look weird in dresses. I opened the dressing room door and walked out, I was wearing a Purple dress with no slevees, and the skirt ended at the thigh.
"Ooh." I heard Niall say. I rolled my eyes.
" I feel like a whore." I said rolling my eyes. Everyone laughed.
"Anyone like it?" I heard Zayn ask.
I heard a bunch of 'nah' and 'nopes' I sighed in relief. I walked back into the dressing room and closed the door. I quickly stripped of the dress and threw it over the top. I heard a groan from come from the other side, I was guessing Harry.
"here's a dress." he said and threw one over. I caught it. This dress was dark blue, it had a skirt that was as long as the other, it had straps and jewels in the middle. Eww.. I put it on and zipped the back. I looked hideous. I walked out of the dressing room. I saw everyone looking at it.
"That's a defininate no..." I heard Liam say. I laughed.
"Your starting to act like your brother." I said with a laugh.
"Yes I am and I bet he has more fashion sense than you." he said with a smirk. I laughed.
"I agree with that." I said. I turned and went back to the dressing room. I closed it and stripped again. Taking it and throwing it over. I heard it crash to the floor.
"Ugh, Lex stop this." I heard harry groan. I chuckled. He hung a dress over the door. I grabbed it and looked at it. It was black, missing sleeves, the skirt was short in the front andgot longer in the back. it had jewels in the middle. At least I didn't look like a whore. I put it on and looked at myself in the mirror.

Not my style but I liked it more than the other ones. I opened the dressing room door and walked out. Everyone's jaws hit the floor. I had a faint smile on my face.
"You look hot." I heard Harry say. My head snapped in his direction. Niall was covering his mouth. I laughed.
"It's fine. I know where he lives." I said before smirking.
"Are you gonna get it?" I heard Lottie ask.
"Its Louis choice if he likes it." I said as I looked at Lou, he has been silent the whole time.
-Louis POV-
I stared at her in the black dress. She looked. Hot. I smiled at that thought.
"Are you gonna get it?" I heard Lottie ask.
"Its Louis choice if he likes it." she said as she looked at me. I smiled looking at her.
"Get it, I think its good enough." I said acting cool. Alex doesn't even know I like her, she is just so pretty.She faintly smiled. She ran back to the dressing room and changed. She came out holding the dress. We walked back to the counter and she payed for it. The cashier put it in a zipping bag and handed it back. We smiled and left.
"Guys lets go get some lunch." I said as we walked out.
