“C’mon, let’s go to the phone’s store before they close it” Niall said grabbing my hand and starting to run to the store.

I started running with him and eventually he let go off my hand. We arrived to the store and went straight to a lady

“Excuse me miss, I’m looking forward to buying a phone, can you help us?” Niall asked politely

The lady turned her gaze to us and gave us a big smile.

“Of course Mr. Horan” Obviously, she was a fan too.

She walked us to where the phones were, and Niall turned to me

“Which was your last cellphone?” He asked

I sighed and said, “It was a blackberry, but I’ll be fine with a Nokia” knowing I wouldn’t convince him not to buy me anything.

“Shut up” He said, and turned to the lady again “I’ll have an iPhone 5” He told her

“What?” I told him. “No, no no no, we’re buying a Nokia, please miss” I told the lady

Niall covered my mouth with his hand, as I tried to talk.

“What colour, sir?” The lady asked “We have it in black and in white”

“What colour, Sophia?” Niall asked me, but he was still covering my mouth

“ASDJKDFASADSA” I tried to say

“What?” Niall asked, removing his hand of my mouth “Eww, you spitted on my hand” He joked, cleaning it on my shirt.

“That you’re not buying me an iPhone! I won’t let you; you’re insane. I don’t want it” I said really serious

“I don’t care, I’m still buying it” He said with a sassy smile. “So, black or white?” He asked again

I shook my head, “I don’t want it” I said stubbornly.

He took me by the shoulders and looked straight to my eyes; his were so blue, I couldn’t handle it.

I was really getting used to be around Niall, now I didn’t see him like my celebrity crush, now I really saw him just like a friend, and like my maybe soul mate. But I couldn’t help feeling butterflies every time I looked into his eyes.

I found myself lost in his eyes when I heard him saying.

“Look Sophia, you’re my friend. And it’s really not that much, I really want to buy it for you, you aren’t taking advantage of me, I’d do this for any of my friends, and we’re friends, aren’t we?” He said with a serious tone.

I nodded but didn’t answer. “So, black or white?” he asked again.

Gosh this boy can be more stubborn than me.

I rolled my eyes. “White” I answered

The lady took the box from inside of her office and handed it to Niall.

He smiled at me and I rolled my eyes again.

“We’ll have a green case too please.” Niall told the lady.

She nodded and gave it to Niall. He took out his wallet and gave to the lady his credit card.

“Why green?” I asked Niall. “Because it’s your favourite colour” he said and I smiled. He remembered it. I love this boy.

“And besides, green is the colour of the leprechauns, so every time you see it, it will remind you of me” He said joking.

I giggled a little, and then the lady gave Niall his credit card back.

We were walking to the door when I stopped and said

“Wait! I live in Mexico, I need a Mexico number”

“Right” He said with his eyes wide open.

We returned to where the lady was and told her our problem. She typed something into her computer and then synced the iPhone to it

“Here” She said handing me the box with the iPhone. “Now you have a Puerto Vallarta number”

“Thanks” I said, giving her a smile.

And when we were attempting to walk to the door, the lady called us again. “Wait”

We turned “I don’t want to annoy you Mr. Horan, but my daughter adores you, and I wanted to ask you if you could write her a note, please?” She said

”Niall is okay, and of course, I’ll be glad to write her a note” Niall answered walking to where the lady was standing.

“What’s her name?” he asked.

“Emma” She smiled. Niall wrote the note and handed it to the lady

“By the way, you have a lovely girlfriend” She said to Niall

We both blushed all over, and stared through each other eyes. And not surprisingly burst out laughing.

“I’m not his girlfriend” I told the lady. “We’re just friends” He continued.

We went out and continued laughing. “You wish I was your girlfriend” I joked

“I really do” He said laughing.

Wait, what? Why would he say something like that! Omg. I don’t know if it was in a sarcasm tone or not. Omg omg.

'Sophia control yourself' I told myself

“Sure you do” I said still giggling a bit

“Well, open it” He said looking at the iPhone box.

“Oh right” I said getting out the phone, he took it off of my hands and turned it on. He was even more excited than me.

I started laughing

“What?” He asked

“You look like a kid on Christmas” I said still laughing

“Shut up” He said getting the case out of the bag, and placing it on the iPhone.

“Let’s take the first picture!” He said getting close to me.

“3, 2, 1” He sneezed in the 1

“You closed your eyes” I said looking at the picture

It was perfect, I was laughing at him and he was in the middle of his sneeze, he looked perfect though and at the back you could see the street with a huge tree.

“I’ll put it as the wallpaper” I said.

“No, I’m sneezing! That’s not fair” He said

“Its maa phone, deal with it” I said giving him a smirk

We were still laughing at the picture when I noticed something.

My bracelet!! The bracelet my dad gave me when I was a little kid was gone.

“Where’s my bracelet? Niall! I lost my bracelet!” I said starting to freak out

“Don’t worry we will find it, how it is?” He asked concerned

“It is of silver, at the front it says ‘You can do it all’ and in the back ‘with the power of the mind’, my dad gave it to me when I turned 6 and I never took it off. Oh no I couldn’t lose it” I said and my eyes welled up with tears.

“Don’t worry I’ll find it, I promise” He said pulling me into a little hug

We went to the store where we had bought the phone and asked the lady if she had seen it, but she told us she hadn’t.

We walked out of the store, and I was still feeling down.

“Do you want to go home now?” Niall asked.

“Yeah” I answered softly

He called Preston, and in a matter of minutes he arrived.

We were silent all the way back home and when we arrived, I sat on the couch looking to the floor.

“Don’t be sad Soph, I will find it” He told me.

I gave him a little fake smile and then turned to the floor again.

Wow, how did he call me? I was being too upset to notice Niall told me Soph, no one but my mom and my little sister call me like that.

I let out a small giggle and Niall looked at me

“What?” He asked

“You called me Soph, and only my mom and my sister call me like that” I said smiling

“If it annoys you, I can call you Sophia instead” he said

“No, actually I like it”

“I like it too, since now I’ll call you Soph, or barefoot Cinderella” He joked

“I rather Soph” I said laughing

This boy can really make me forget all my problems. I wasn’t sad anymore, and all thanks to him. He’s the perfect friend anyone could ever have.

“Perfect friend? Bitch what are you talking about. I’m the best” I heard Alex voice in my head again. I bet he would have said that if he had heard me.

Alex! I have to call him, and let him know I’m okay.

I took out my phone and dialled Alex number.. and after infinite rings I heard his voice

“Hello?” he asked

“I thought you would never going to answer me, you bastard!” I said laughing

“Ugh, so now you have a phone, which is it? I bet it’s a Nokia” He said joking

“To your knowledge, it’s an iPhone 5” I told him with a sassy tone

“To whom you sold your body for it?” He said laughing

“Actually my new FRIEND Niall bought it for me” I said remarking ‘friend’

“Oh wow, someone’s a little slut. Tell me, did you have had sex already?” He said.

“Eew not. You’re mad man. I’m just calling to let you know I’m fine, and as I promised I’ll be back on Sunday” I said

“Kay bitch, tell me when you’re arriving so I’ll pick you up at the airport” He said

“Sure, I love you” I told him “blah, blah, same, you know it” He answered

“Bye” “Bye Mrs Horan” he teased me as I hung up.

“Whom were you talking to?” I heard Niall coming from the kitchen

“A friend, just to let him know I’m okay” I said

“Oh, okay, are you hungry? I’m starving” He told me

“Same” I got up of the couch and went with him to the kitchen

We ate and went to the couch again. We were watching TV, when I started to notice Niall was yawning and so I was.

“Let’s go to bed” I said

We stood up and went to our rooms

I was sitting on the bed when I remembered I had lost my bracelet.

I was staring sadly to my wrist noticing the tan line where I used to wear it. I was getting down again when I felt Niall in the doorframe looking at me

“I’ll find it” He said

I smiled and nodded “Thank you” I said softly.

“I just came to tell you that tomorrow I’m leaving early, so don’t expect me here when you wake up, I’ll text you when I’m coming home so we can do something! Today was fun” He said.

“Okay, bye” I said.

“Nighty Niall! Thanks for everything” I continued before he closed my door

“Nite nite barefoot Cinderella” Niall said getting out and laughing

“Shut up” I shouted.
