Finding Myself.
finally. My type of people.
When the bell went, I awkwardly followed the blonde haired girl out of the room.
“I’m Addison.” She smiled at me when we got into the hallway.
“Destiny.” I smiled back.
“I’m sorry about in class; I didn’t mean to come across as rude.” She looked down at her feet for a second, than looked back up at me. We had stopped in the middle of the hall.
“Oh, no no! It’s fine, really. You weren’t rude at all!” I smiled truthfully.
She smiled at me. I smiled back, and we started walking again.
When we got outside, we sat down under an oak tree. It was really tall and pretty. There were already three other girls there.
“This is Destiny, it’s her first day here!” She looked around at her friends.
The other three girls smiled and all chorused a “Hello!”
Addison pointed at the first girl. She had curly hair.
“That is Amberley.”
She pointed at the second girl, who had long dark hair with pink highlights at the bottom.
“That’s Alexis.”
Lastly, she pointed at a girl with quite short hair and a side fringe.
“And that’s Carmen.”
They all smiled and dropped me a “Hi” or “Hello”.
I opened the lunch box Clara had packed for me. It contained a sandwich, an apple, a juice box and a bag of chips. I picked up the sandwich and took the wrapping off. It looked good, so I bit into it. The flavours burst into my mouth. It was delicious; I ate the whole thing straight away, trying to savour every bite.
After devouring my sandwich, I sat back and relaxed a little. Alexis, Addison and Amberley where all talking and Carmen was reading a manga novel. It was interesting watching them, they were all really pretty. I observed them silently, taking down mental notes.
Addison looked like a square. She had had her blonde hair tied back in a tight ponytail, with a white bow in it. Loose strands feel down the sides of her face. She had a blouse on, with a knee length skirt on. It was black and had white bows on it. She had white socks on up to the middle of her shins, and black canvas shoes on too. She was very pretty and seemed extremely smart.
Alexis had a knee length dress on with floral pattern printing. Her dark hair fell around her, and down her back. It had pink tips. She had white sandals on, and a pearl sat on top of each of them. She wore big, classy-looking glasses, and behind them were big blue eyes.
The best way to describe Amberley was short and sweet. She had a sweet smile and she was very short. She wore a white shirt, and over it were light blue denim overalls. She had white ankle-converse shoes on and baby pink socks. Her hair was shoulder length and curly. She was shy and a bit quite, but she was quirky.
Lastly, Carmen had black hair. It was saved on one side and the other side; a fringe fell to the left. She had a really cute outfit on that really suited her style. Extremely skinny black jeans covered her thin legs. She had a strapless bra on and a singlet with arm holes down to her hips on her torso. She was beautiful and mysterious.
A heard my name being called, interrupting my thoughts. I snapped out of my observation and looked around. I couldn’t see Niall or Clara anywhere, which was mostly who I was expecting. To my surprise, Harry was down near the front gate. He had dark sunglasses on, covering his big brown eyes as he leant on his land rover. His hair fell a little over his glasses. He had a black Rolling Stones shirt on and really skinny jeans on. His legs looked like they were sealed in.
When he saw I was looking he yelled out to me.
“DESTINY! COME ON!” A smile slowly grew on his face.
I turned to Amberley, Carmen, Alexis and Addison.
“I have to go. My friend is here to get me.” I said.
“But we still have 5 periods left…” Addison frowned.
“And lunch!” Alexis added.
“I know. I don’t know why he’s here, but I think I better go.” I waved at them and ran off before they could say anything else.
When I got to Harry, he smiled.
“Hey, we’ve gotta go. It’s an…” He looked around. “Emergency.”
My heart skipped a beat at the last word but Harry smiled at me, and it made me feel better. He walked around to the side of the car and opened my door for me. I got in and waited for Harry. When he was in, he looked at me and smiled.
“Ready to go?” He asked.
“Let’s do this.”
