SAM'S POV

I got into my car, and put the key in the ignition. I sat there for a minute, thinking about what I was about to do. It's not everyday you go to the movies with Harry Styles. I finally pulled out of the driveway, and drive down to the local theatre.

When I arrived, I walked toward the door, but my hand was pulled back. I took my purse off of my arm, getting ready to do some serious damage when I saw the grey beanie and sunglasses. I relaxed, and then scowled. "You know, you shouldn't scare me, it's not nice. And you were about to be beaten with my purse."

He cocked his head, smirked and said, "Have I ever told you how pretty you are when you're mad at me? Or when you're not? Honestly, you're pretty all the time."

I was about to say something when I just... Couldn't. I stood there, staring at him. He... Said... What?

He smiled, and laced his hand into mine again, and leaned over, pecking me cheek. We made it inside, and he held me close, giving the boys around us suspicious glances.

We sat down in the theatre, he grabbed my hand again. It was pretty weird. I'd never seen Harry like this. He was being protective... Almost territorial. Almost like a boyfriend. I mentally shook my head. Harry and me? No, that doesn't sound right. Harry likes older girls. Ones who go clubbing and are up for one night stands. Ones who wear loads of makeup and short mini skirts, with wedges, or boots that show off their legs. Ones that aren't me.

I wasn't able to concentrate on the movie, with Harry the Tiger, snapping at every boy that even looked at me. My mind was racing a million miles a minute. It just didn't make sense.

We left the theatre, Harry discussing and me nodding my head, going "Yeah" every now and then. He walked me to my car, and then we just stood there. Staring at the ground. I knew I had to say something.
I looked up and whispered, "Harry..."

He started, and glanced around, looking for what I might be talking about. He finally looked at me. "Sam?"

I sighed, and put my hands on my hips. "What are you playing at?"

He looked at me, wide eyed, before staring at the car window, muttering, "What am I playing at? I'm playing the idiot boy again. Isn't it obvious?"

I smiled and said a bit sarcastically, "Mind explaining? I don't speak idiot boy."

He gave me a half smile and simple stated, "I like you, quite a lot I might add. I have for a while. I didn't know you never saw... Until now. And I was an idiot for not just telling you. I thought you felt the same. And I just... I don't even know."

Harry crept closer, and pressed me against my car. "Do you like me?" He whispered seductively, making me shiver. Did I like him? Yeah, I did. Did I like him as a friend though. Or something more?

One glance into his face sent butterflies into my stomach. Yes. I liked him. I stepped up to him, and put my arm around his neck. "Yeah. I like you."

He grinned triumphantly, and leaned down to kiss me, but I escaped him, and opened my car door, getting in. He frowned and walked to the other side, sitting in the passenger seat. He sat there, waiting for me to do something, but suddenly, his face brightened.

"Sam... Can I ask you something?"

"You just did."

"Can I?"

"No one's stopping you..."

"Will you... Be... My girlfriend?"

I looked at him, and smirked. "What if I said no?"

He smirked back and said, "I'd have to seduce a yes out of you then."

I laughed and said, "Then my answer is most definitely a no."

I turned my head to find him staring at me.

I looked away, and I heard him take a shuddery breath before softly singing the words to a song.
