"um hello?" i say still trying analyze what just happened.

"hi! so its Jess! um...i need you to get me and the boys from jail.."
shit.
"ok, I'll be there in a few." i say and hang up with a sigh.

"what happened? who was it?" Harry asks.
"that was Jess. her, Lou, and Niall have gotten arrested..." i say and Harry gives me a weird look, he raises one eyebrow and has a small smile.
"how long where we gone?" he asks and i grab his arm and look at his watch.
"30 minutes.." i say and walk back to the car with Harry right behind me.

"do you know where the nearest jail is?" i say and Harry nods.

its a quiet ride, the radio was turned down on a low volume.
i clear my throat and i have a question that's been eating at me.
"so..um..that-you know, back there, were we about to..kiss?" i ask and he looks like he is about to say something important, but backs out of it and just says,
"i guess it was, almost.." he says and i lean my head against the window.

we finally got to the jail when rain started to pour hard.
"oh man.." i say when i step out. i love rain but i am cold.
"here." Harry says wrapping his jacket around me as i put the hood on.
i feel bad that he is getting drenched so i pull on his arm and cover both of us with the jacket.

we walk through the doors, its a small jail.
"there they are." Harry says pointing to my best friend and two boys.

i stomp over to them.
"what the hell did you guys do?!" i whisper/scream.
"well, we left when you guys went for a walk, and we decided to check out the fountains, and when i was walking on it with Niall, Louis pushed us in. apparently its illegal to be in the fountain." Jess explains looking at Louis with a mad look.
i walk over to the officer, "what are the charges?" i ask and the officer looks at me.
"there's no damage to the fountain so there is no charge, all we need is for you to sign here to bail them out." he says and i sign my name while we all walk out and get crowded by cameras.
