Louis's POV
"One Direction!" Simon said and me and the boys all jumped up and hugged one another.
I saw happy that me and the boys made it through but I was also devastated that El had to go home. When we left the stage everyone was comforting El. She was sad but she didn't shed a single tear. I didn't say anything to her though. She knew there was something up with me though. I just went over and sat against a wall. Not even a minute after I had El came over and sat next to me.
"Louis?" she said.
"Go away." I said.
"No Louis whats wrong?" she asked.
"Nothing i'm fine." I lied.
"No Louis what happened we were just fine this morning but now you are obviously avoiding me or when you do you are extremely rude. Did I do something?" she said.
"No" I said
"Then what?! I'm not leaving till you tell me!" she said.
"Dang it! El I heard your conversation this morning with Lizzy! And your right I do like you alot! I would never do what Niall did! please El give me a chance! I know you feel something in there I can see it in your eyes! Your just scared to admit it!" I half yelled at her.
It was just me and her in the room now everyone else had left when they noticed that we were talking. They were nice enough to give us some privacy.
"Louis I-i can't" El said her voice broken.
"Then leave!" I said still half yelling.
I saw tears in her eyes as she got up and started to walk away. That was when I realized what I had done.
"Wait El no i'm sorry!" I said jumping to my feet the panic obvious in my voice.
She just started to walk faster.
I ran up to her and stood in front of her. This made her stop.
"Louis don't" she said her voice was broken.
"No El. Please i'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you." I said.
Tears were silently streaming down her face now.
"Please don't cry." I said and hugged her.
I couldn't help myself I hated seeing her hurting. She was shocked at first but she loosened up and began sobbing into my chest.
"Why did he do that Louis? I i loved him!" she cried.
"I know, I know El he is a bastard. He didn't deserve you." I said trying to comfort her.
After a couple minutes of her crying into my chest and me rubbing her back her sobs faded. She pulled away wiping her face with her hands.
"Sorry about that." she said and looked down her hair covering her face.
"Hey it's ok look at me." I said and pulled her chin up so that I could see her face.
I gently stroked her face with my thumb. We were so close to each other. I caught myself staring at her face. I couldn't help it I needed to memorize every part of her face. Her eyes, her nose, her lips... I wanted to kiss her so much right now but she wouldn't be okay with that.
"Louis it's ok go ahead." she said as if reading my thoughts.
Wait what? Did she just give me the okay to kiss her? She was giving me a shy smile that made my heart flutter.
"Something to remember me by." she said.
So I cupped her face in my hands and leaned down. And I kissed her. I kissed her gently. It was sweet and special. But still wonderful in its own way. She pulled back first.
"Goodbye Louis." she said and walked away.
I was too dazed by the kiss to do anything.
I was still standing there when Harry came in.
"Hey mate why are you still here? Something wrong?" Harry asked me worried.
I looked up at him.
"What yeah no i'm fine." I said.
"Ok well come on everyone had been worried about you." he said.
He put his arm around my shoulder and we walked out of the room back to our room. When we walked in the other boys looked up at us.
"Louis! We were worried where have you been are you ok?" Liam asked.
"Yeah yeah i'm fine." I said.
I walked over to my bed and sat down on it.
"Mate you don't seem okay what happened?" Zayn asked me.
"I-i kissed her." I said still foggy from the kiss.
Everyone froze.
"You kissed who?" Liam asked me.
"El" I said.
I saw the hurt flash in Niall's eyes.
"What?" he asked.
"I kissed El." I said again.
Then I came to my senses and realized what I was doing to Niall.
"Niall i'm sorry. Please don't be mad at me." I said.
"It's ok." he said and then went and laid in his bed.
I laid on my bed as well and closed my eyes.
El's POV
I walked away from him. I never thought that stuff happened in real life only movies and books. But I did. I knew I couldn't be in a relationship with him so I left. But not before letting him kiss me. I allowed him that. It was the only thing I could give him. I walked back to me and Lizzy's room and found her sitting on her bed reading a book.
"Hey" Lizzy said.
"Hi" I said and went to sit on my bed.
"So what happened with Louis?" she asked coming over and sitting next to me on the bed.
"He kissed me." I said.
"HE WHAT!" she said and stood up.
"I'M GONNA KILL HIM!" she said.
I grabbed her arm and pulled her back down onto the bed.
"No. I told him to." I said.
"Wait what?!" she said clearly confused.
Then she made me explain everything thing and every little detail to her.
"So yeah and thats it." I said.
"And you just walked away." she said.
"Yup now I am tired please let me get some sleep." I said.
She got up and went to her own bed.
"Oh ok well goodnight El." she said
"Night Lizzy." I said and drifted off into dreamland.
