Will It Last?

Lizzy's POV
The next couple of weeks went great. Me, El and the boys got through every week. El seemed like she was healed from the whole Niall situation an me and Liam were super happy together. It was down to the final 4 people this week and I knew that there was a high chance that one of us would go home tomorrow at eliminations. All of our performances went perfectly this week but we were still super nervous. Who ever didn't make it tomorrow would go home the next day. I was still worried about El though Not that she wouldn't make it threw but because of Niall. She seemed like she was healed but something told me that she was still hurt. Niall was starting to heal and it didn't look like he would break down crying every time he saw El anymore. My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door. I went up and opened it not caring that I was in sweat pants and a huge shirt. My hair was horrid too but who cares. When I opened the door I saw Liam standing there. I just left the door open and went and flopped back on my bed face first.
"Well hi to you too." he said coming in and sitting on the edge of the bed.
I just groaned into my pillow. What can I say I wasn't in the mood I had a headache and I had had cramps the whole morning and I get really really bad cramps. Sometimes I could hardly move they were so bad. I took some pills and they went away but that was a couple hours ago. I knew they would wear off soon. I really hated this time of the month.
"Are you ok." he said clearly worried.
"Ug yeah fine. So whats up." I said and sat up.
"Nothing I just wanted to come see my girlfriend is that a problem. he said smiling.
"Nope not at all." I said.
"Good so who do you think is gonna leave tomorrow?" he asked me.
"I have no clue but there is a high chance that one of us will go home." I said truthfully.
"Yeah there is." he said.
I suddenly felt some sharp pains in my side and winced. The cramps were back and worse than before. I grabbed my middle and squeezed my eyes closed.
"Liz? Are you ok whats wrong?" Liam asked me worried.
I didn't reply and tried to move to get my pills from the draw in my night stand but it hurt too much. I sucked in a sharp breath when I tried and quickly stopped moving.
"Liz? Whats wrong what do you need?" Liam asked me.
I heard the panic in his voice. If he was a girl he would understand what was happening but he wasn't so I was gonna have to explain. But first I needed the pills.
"My pills." I said through the pain.
"What?" he said.
"The nightstand." I said.
I could tell he got it when he opened the draw and grabbed the bottle of pills from it. He quickly took one and gave it too me. I swallowed it and sat with my head in my knees waiting for it to take effect. 5 minutes later I felt a little bit better and slowly lifted my head from my knees taking in a deep breath.
"Thanks." I said to Liam who I could tell was worried and confused.
"Are you ok do I need to take you to a doctor whats wrong?" he asked me.
"No no I'm fine now nothing is wrong it's natural." I said to him.
"What do you mean?" he said.
I sighed boys were so dumb sometimes.
"Liam I am on my period and I get really really bad cramps." I said to him.
"Oh." he said awkwardly.
"Yeah you are lucky you are a guy." I said.
I only had one pill so I was still hurting but not as much. I only had one type of pills though and I needed to take like 3 different kinds to feel better. I had some but I ran out last month and I totally forgot about it though. I mentally face palmed myself. I slowly got up and went to get ready wincing a little at the pain.
"Liz what are you doing. You winced does it still hurt?" Liam asked.
"Yeah i'm fine I need to go out and get some other types of medicine though I forgot that I had run out." I said.
"Oh well can I come." he asked.
"No it's ok I will be fine." I said if he came it would kind of be awkward.
"Nope I'm coming what if you get like that while your driving?" he asked me.
"Liam i'm fine I took some medicine it should last me until I get more." I said.
"Ok but still I am coming with you." he said.
I knew he wasn't gonna give up until he could come. I groaned and he knew what that meant.
"Fine you can come." I said.
"Yay!" he said and hugged me.
So we went out to a car and we made sure we had hoodies and sunglasses on so that no one would recognize us. I went to the drivers seat but Liam beat me too it.
"Hey!" I said.
"Nope i'm driving." was all he said.
I groaned and got in the other side knowing he wouldn't budge. We drove to the dollar store in silence. I was still in pain and I wasn't really in the mood to talk much. We walked in and put down our hoods and took off our sunglasses. I went to the medicine section. I searched for what I needed and grabbed 2 of each kind. Liam was just silently walking behind me. I could tell he was embarrassed to be in this section. I just grabbed his hand and smiled at him. He gave me one of his brilliant smiles back and we walked to the cash register hand in hand. There was a teenage girl there and she quickly scanned everything and put them in a bag without looking up.
"Your total will be $41.50" she said and looked up at us finally.
When she did she gasped and just looked at us with a shocked expression.
"Your- your Liam Payne and Lizzy McClellan!" she said.
"Yup we are and here you go hun." I said and handed her the money
"Can I um get your autographs?" she asked us hesitantly.
"Sure love what do you want us to sign?" Liam asked her smiling.
She quickly grabbed a piece of paper and gave it to us.
"And what is your name hun." I asked her.
"Margret." she said.
Me and Liam signed the paper and handed it back to her.
"Thanks and can I just say that you guys look so cute together! I hope you never break up!" she said excitedly.
"Aww thanks you are so nice! Come here I need to give you a hug!" I said happily.
She looked at me shocked then quickly walked over and I gave her a hug.
"Aw I feel left out." Liam said and gave us a fake sad face.
Me and Margret gave each other a glance and then pulled him in for a group hug.
"Hey can I have a picture of you so I can post it on twitter?" Liam asked the Margret.
"Omg um sure!" she said and Liam took out his phone.
We all got together and smiled when Liam took a pic of us. Then the girl asked if he would take a pic with her phone. So we did and the Liam got her twitter name. We said our goodbyes and I gave Margret a extra hug then we left.
"Well that was nice." I said still smiling.
That made me forget about the pain for a bit.
"Yeah it was it is still weird having fans though." Liam said as we got into the car with him still driving.
We talked for the whole car ride. When we got back we got out and started to walk into the building with our sunglasses and hoods up. But apparently we were still spotted because suddenly we heard people screaming and we quickly ran inside before they could get to us. The pain in my middle was getting worse though, pretty soon it would be unbearable again. Liam took my hand and we walked down the hallways to my room. With every step the pain got worse. Did I saw how much I hated this part of the month yet? We got inside my room and I went and sat on the bed. Liam noticed this and came over with the other pills.
"Here take these it will make it better" he said handing me some.
"Wait before I take these I need to tell you something." I said.
"What you can tell me anything." he said looking me in the eyes
"Well when all of these pills I kinda get um all lovey dovey on everyone." I said.
"Oh ok well thats ok." he said and I took the pills from him and swallowed them.
I instantly felt better.
"Ok all better now come in i'm hungry!" I said and stood up pulling him with me to the door.
