Edward's POV

"Woah, I'm sorry mate, I- I didn't know." Zack -The guy from the tattoo parlor- apologized as I told him the whole story when he called me to ask what's wrong.

"Nah, it's ok. It's my fault anyway, I shouldn't lie." I sighed as I flipped on my stomach, in my middle sized bed.

"I bet that she's scared now mate, it's fucking scary when you have a breakdown." he stated, making a good point.

"She said that she needs some space, but I think that she'll hate me forever." I replied, sighing, again.

"Just start it all over again," he suggested "Ok I'll think about it, bye." I hung up.

What should I do now?

Lana's POV

"What?!" Holly shouted as I removed the phone from my ear. "Yeah you heard it all." I sobbed loudly.

"Don't cry, he's an asshole." she exclaimed, I could hear the anger in her voice.

"But he was and is broken, what do I do?" I whined like a five years old.

"If he's worth it, he'll come back, that's what I have. Love you bye." and with that, she hung up.

I decided to go have a walk in the park to get my mind off of things.

I threw a big jumper, and some jeans, my hair was in a messy bun so I kept it like that.

The weather was freezing cold, and I wasn't going to drive my car. I was sure that I'll cry and have an accident that the newspapers with never shut up about.

So I just decided to walk to the park.

"LANA YOU STOLE MY HEART! DON'T YOU GET IT?!"

His words kept roaming around my head, creating a lump that I was trying to fight in my throat.

"JUST BECAUSE IM BAD LOOKING, DOESN'T MEAN I DONT HAVE A HURT THAT'S PULSING!"


Why.. Why did he lie? Was I worth him being tortured? Am I that importan to him?

My tears fell freely down my eyes as I walked in the empty park, the only light was the moonlight that wasn't even full.

Suddenly, I pumped into a dark figure, and I looked up to be met by a dirty smirk and hazel eyes.

"What is a beautiful girl like you doing here?" the strange man chuckled, grabbing my wrist.

I looked down at my legs, I was helpless. I was weak, I didn't eat anything in these past three painful days.

"Look at me." he demanded, his cold fingers tilting my chin up, I winced, his grip tightening on my wrist.

"Stop.." I barely whispered, his grip was killing my small, thin wrist.

"Shut up." he hissed. "SON OF A BITCH!" I heard someone shout before the man was thrown to the ground.

The stranger hitting his jaw, nose and kicking him where the sun doesn't shine.

"Lana.." his deep voice spoke as the man layed on the ground.

"Don't." I whispered as he walked forward and I stepped back.

The scene was so scary, his fist getting the man unconscious.

Edward's words replying on my head. Over and over again.

"NO ONE EVER LIKED ME,"

"Please Lana, you cannot leave me like that." his voice cracked in the end as he took a step forward.

My breath quickened when my back hit a tree, tears streaming down my reddened cheeks adding to the situation.

An unwelcoming feeling in my stomach made me fall to the floor, coughing blood.

"Lana!" I heard Edward's deep voice gushed as he kneed in front of me, but when I looked up to him, everything was blurry.








Thats when everything turned black.
