Burrying Secrets With the Fire

Maddison’s POV:

I sat there while I recapped everything in my mind, I still can’t believe how one single cigarette was able to blow up the entire hell hole. My wallet, phone, personal items, everything was gone with the fire. This is my only chance to escape from Melrose; she’ll know that I am dead by now so I can just go find my way by myself. Live by my own rules and with no one to ask me or control my movement. I thought of Lindsay a lot, she deserves to know that I won’t be back to the university anymore. I trust Lindsay a lot; but the problem is that this situation must be never revealed or else I would really be digging my grave before Melrose finds me. “Char? Can I use you phone for a second Hun…? I asked her as we both sat in the living room; drinking water. She nodded and fetched it for me as I dialed in the numbers of Lindsay’s cell phone. As the phone rang, I remembered that Lindsay doesn’t even know I work in a night club, should I tell her already or just burry this secret in the ashes with me?
*Phone Conversation*
Lindsay: “Hello Charlie! I missed you how are you?!”
Me: “Hey Linds, its Maddison; babe can you come down to the hotel where One Direction were staying?” (I tried to sound as normal as possible, while Charlie looked at me confused)
Lindsay: “One Direction? Omg you slept over!! What are you two doing there without me!! Hahahah!”
Me: “Linds no we did not! Just come over and I’ll tell the security to let you in.”
Lindsay: “Maddie you don’t sound like yourself. Anyway I will be there in 30 minutes maximum buddy!”
Me: “Alright; Linds can you get me 2 wardrobes with undeas please? ( I thought that I will need them in case and so will Charlie) love ya!”
Lindsay:” So you did sleep over! Hahahahah! Just kidding! Me too buddy!”
*End*
“Maddie why didn’t you tell her!!? You know we have a lot of explaining to do to Harry and the boys+ Lindsay!!?? I can’t believe you at this moment…” Charlie bursted out her confusion with an aggressive appeal; I just couldn’t force myself on being calm anymore.“THEY DON’T HAVE TO KNOW!!! I’ll tell them that me and you were walking by that place and when it blew up we were injured and ect!! THINK OF WHAT HARRY WILL SEE YOU LIKE AFTER HE KNOWS THAT WE ARE BOTH CLUB DANCERS FOR MIDDLE AGED PRICKS!! I am not risking this and neither are you! This is buried with the Treasure Chest, Shawn, the waiters, and whoever else died!!” I yelled my lungs out and I know that Charlie thought of my words; she stayed silent which was a signal that I was right and that she will leave all the explaining to me.
