I was checked in Rehab to help my addiction, it was hell to be honest to be stuck in a room like that. The only thing that made me feel better, was the fact that the people I was surrounded with shared the same experience I was going through. What people don’t understand about drugs, is that it makes you feel good during the time you do it.

People are so quick to judge and say, “Oh don’t do drugs it is bad for your health”. We live in a generation right now, where it is so easy to get drugs so easily. It really does take a strong person to stop the battle of drug addiction, especially for a person like me where I’ve been hocked into drugs so quick. When I shared my story into why, I started taking drugs I started tearing up memories just hit me again. How I had a messed my childhood.

How I missed my dad dearly, I still wish that I would meet again. I need him and miss him dearly, I just wish that he wouldn’t be disappointed with the life decisions I have made so far in my life.

I was inspired to write another poem, before I actually hit the sheets and I called it a night because quite frankly it was a very tiring day.

Why I live for poetry?

Poetry understood me when no one did.

It made me become a better person

Kept me away from the high life laying low in the lime light.

Why I live for poetry?

It defines me and my life

When gun were fired my mind was working.

I don’t only do this for me but I do this for the kids

That’s why I live for poetry.

The kids that run and hide the kids that cry and hide or the kids that died

I am doing this to this to represent you all

That is why I live for poetry.

Guys so I did some changes to this chapter, I didn't feel to good about the song I did at all I said to myself. Let me go back doing something that I love something, I am most passionate about and that is my poetry.
