Three years later
Is it true?
When I arrived at the hospital I ran into emergency, "I'm here to see Niall Horan," I spoke very quietly so no one else would hear. The nurse looked at my mascara smeared face from earlier and it had become worse when I was crying on the way here. She typed on her computer and gently smiled at me saying, "7th floor, room number 789," I nodded and thanked her quietly before heading to the elevator. I pushed the 7 and road it out, when It finally dinged I got and and-hurriedly walked to the hall that had rooms 750-799 and went to find Niall. Soon enough I spotted room 789. I turned and knocked once then entered. All the boys were there and all if their heads popped up when I walked in. But before I could say anything i heard a beeb That sent my eyes looking at the bed. There was a young man with blonde hair and he looked like my Niall, until I got to his arms which were covered in bandages but in a few places you could see the faint tint of blood. He had an oxygen mask in his face and his eyes were closed. I dropped down to my knees tears streaming down my face. I felt someone pick me up and set me in a chair and I knew it was Liam because of how his face felt and no one could pick me up besides him. My shoulders shook and I cried for what seemed like forever before the doctor came in I wiped at my eyes, probably doing no good. He smiled sadly at us then said that Niall blood levels were back to normal. And that meant that hopefully soon he would open his eyes.
"But before I can leave there can only be two people in here at the most. I would prefer only one," I nodded and looked at the boys, they all kissed my on the head and walked out if the room. I put my feet on the floor and scooted my chair closer to him. I grabbed his big hand in my small one, rubbing circles with my thumb of his plam.
"Sweet boy why did you do this to yourself?" I practically whimpered to him, "what about Alex? What about your mum? What about your fans? What about the boys?" I cried to him. I layed my head on him shoulder and started to him little things remembering when he would sing this to me when we were laying in bed at night, remember when he sang this to me as we danced together for the first time, and remembering when he sang this to Alex just this afternoon, or actually yesterday. It had been 3:45 when I got the call so it was yesterday. I looked at his angelic, boyish features seeing not only him but our son Alex. Our son. It's the first time that our came out without me thinking about it, "I know I'll probably never have the guts to say this to you when your awake, but I think I love you still." The. I felt pressure I my hand and looked down to see his fingers curled around mine, and when I looked up I saw his big blue eyes looking at me. Starring at me, "oh my god, Niall! You scared the shot out of me!" I cried and spoke softly to him. I pressed the nurses button and to quickly she came in and went out to get the doctor.
"I. Love. You. Too." He said in a raspy voice. I smiled at him and kissed his Cheek. When the doctors came and checked everything I went to stand back but Niall's hand grasp only became stronger than ever, "Don't leave me, please," his voice sounding better because they had given him some water to drink. I nodded and stayed with him. They left and the boys filtered in one at a time to see him, while he was visiting with Zayn I decided to call my brother and have him bring me Alex. It was now about 9:30 and everyone was filtered through. I got a text from my brother telling my he was coming up the elevator and I told Niall I needed to go to the vending machine for a snack, seeing that u hadn't eaten since lunch yesterday. I ran down the hall and met Alex and Al at the elevator I kissed my brother on the cheek and quickly ran down the hall with little Alex to see his father.
"Niall, are you dressed?" I heard mhmm so I picked Alex up and walked in. Niall's face immediately lit up and he shouted, "Alex!" Alex squirmed out of my free arms and ran over quickly climbing up the bed and laying down on Niall's cheat. Niall no longer had an IV or oxygen he was not hooked up to tubes. I saw how fast Alex fell asleep, like he didn't want to sleep without Niall. I covered them with a large blanket that someone had brought. I quickly snapped a picture as they had both fallen asleep and I cropped out the hospital bed so it looked like any ordinary bed. I quickly posted it on Instagram and shared it on twitter and Facebook. In about three minutes in Instagram alone I had 9,000 likes and twitter I had 13,000 favorites, 6,000 RT. And Facebook had 4,000 likes. Wow! The boys were quickly in the room snapping pictures of their own. And I decided to lay down and rest. I pulled a chair closer to thee bed when Niall mumbled, "No, come lay with us!" And scooted over just enough for me to slide in. He covered me and placed Alex in the middle so that we were facing the middle looking at each other. And I quickly fell asleep with them.
