London carries my fate
Chapter 3
"Woooooooooo let's go girls!" I screamed as I ran out the door with my luggage.
"Bye dad bye mom I love you so much and I'll see you in 2 months" Amanda said to her parents crying... Ugh I love Amanda but chill girl. Yout family is right here... The girls and I.
"Girls calm down, we need to catch two big cabs cause we can't fit in one, I'll go with Claire, Amanda you go with Carmen and Meave" Jazzy directed.
It's funny, ever since I broke up with Chester and started cutting Jazzy has been the most protective one of me. Don't get me wrong, the other girls are also but Jazzy being the motherly one, feels its her duty to keep me safe. Just thinking about got me to tear up but I quickly wiped away my tears and put on my best excited smile and tried to stop thinking about it all, and think about London instead.
"Hey girl, you ok?" Carmen asked with a concerned face while the other girls were trying to catch a cab in the busy streets of New York City. Damn it, she caught me crying- "I'm fine as long as you give me a hug" I replied fake smiling, she giggled and gave me a hug. Yes, she bought it!
***Skip cab ride to airport***
"Ugh are we finally allowed to sit down?" Meave asked getting up from tying her shoe from security check.
"Awwwww does baby Meave need her nap?" Carmen asked jokingly.
"No I'm just sick of running all over this airport!" Meave said defending herself.
"Don't worry baby girl we're just messin with you." Amanda said patting her on the back.
"Boarding first class flight 25 to London, UK now...." The intercom boomed.
"Oh shit, let's run cause we are boarding after this!" Jazzy yelled.
When I say that we ran like our lives depended on it, I'm being serious... We ran like our lives depended on it. Somehow we got to the gate and got onto the plane looking for our seats. Sadly since we couldn't afford anything better than economy and we were on a budget all of us were split up.
"Oh this gonna be great" Carmen said sarcastically sitting down next to a random old obese lady taking up two of the seats..
"Good luck siting next to grandma" I joked at her.
Thank god I got a good seat on the aisle but I still knew that this flight would be painful for nobody to talk to.
