Harrys Little Cousin
Tea and Toast
My eyes fluttered open. I took a quick glance at my clock. 12PM?
I jumped out of bed and quickly got washed and dressed. I pulled my curly brown hair back into a ponytail. I couldn't believe I had slept in so late. Well I guess it was because of the lack of sleep I got last night.
I had spent ages thinking of my situation. About Louis and Harry. And I still have no clue what to do. When I went downstairs and into the kitchen, it was only Louis there. He smirked when I walked in. "Morning sunshine" he laughed. "Why didn't anyone wake me up?" I asked. He shrugged. "You looked exhausted" he replied. I decided not to push the issue. I searched the kitchen for something to eat and eventually decided on toast.
"So where are the others?" I asked him, waiting for my toast to pop. "They went to the beach" he replied. "I decides to wait back for you" he added.
I felt myself blush slightly. "Thanks Lou" I smiled. "Tea?" I asked him, putting on the kettle. He grinned. "Sure" he replied. Tea was our drink. We always had tea together.
After the tea was made and the toast was buttered, I made my way to the table, trying to balance the two cups and my plate in my hands.
Louis got up to help me. When he took a cup and the plate, my hand brushed against his. I felt tingles. He seemed to notice too because I could almost swear I saw the slightest hint of a blush creep up on him.
We quickly sat down, avoiding the awkwardness and just acted as if nothing had happened.
The story of my life. Pretending I'm not in love with my best friend, Louis Tomlinson.
