When You Let Your Heart Win
“Did we really just do that?”
“Yes.” He laughed and stumbled a bit whenever I jumped on his back.
“Do you regret it?” I asked into his neck and kissed it softly.
“Not at all.” He whispered as he grabbed my thighs and bounced me further up his back.
“You swear?” I smiled.
“Teddy, I’m 100% glad we did that.”
“Excuse me, sir!” Someone called behind us, before we got away from the man’s house we were just at to get married. Yup we did it. I am not at all upset about it. It’s actually nice to know I got him for the rest of my life.
“Yes? Did we leave anything?” Lou asked as he walked up back to the man’s front steps as I started to bite his neck. I’m ready for the honeymoon fun.
“No, no, not at all.” The man rushed. “I just wanted to give this back to you.” He said handing Louis money.
“No, keep that.” Lou shook his head.
“I don’t need it. I’ll keep this quite. Whenever you two are ready to tell people, I won’t say I’m the one who did this for you.” He shook his head as I slid down to my feet, but stayed as close to Louis as I could.
“We’re not telling anyone?” I asked slipping my hands into the back of his shirt.
“I’d rather not get killed by my mother, babe.”
“Ahh.” I nodded. “That is very true.”
“But sir, you did this out of the spur of the moment, we took up most of your New Year’s…”
“Son, it’s an hour til midnight.” He laughed. “Nothing happens until after the clock strikes 12.”
“Are you sure?”
“I’m positive.” He nodded. “Go take your bride back to your resort before she starts ripping off some clothes.”
“He’s got a point, babe.” I giggled leaning up on my tip toes and looked over his shoulder.
“Right.” He nervously laughed. “Thank you again for this.”
“I was happy to do it.” He smiled shaking Louis’ hand. “It’s nice to actually marry two young adults that are actually in love. I can tell this will last forever.”
“Don’t we hope.” I giggled sliding my hands around to Lou’s front and started to mess with the top of his boxers, which of course made him jerk slightly.
“Right. Thank you again. Happy New Year.” Lou rushed grabbing my hands.
“Happy New Year to you as well. Enjoy married life. It’s a wonderful thing.” He smiled and walked back into his house, leaving Louis and I to ourselves.
“Can we go find a bush?” I asked as Lou turned around.
“No.” He smiled picking me up. “I didn’t appreciate that, Bear.”
“Didn’t appreciate what?” I smiled wrapping myself around him and laid my forehead onto his.
“Teasing me in front of a priest.”
“He understands why I did that.” I shrugged and kissed him. “Can we please walk faster?”
“Patience, Miss Parker.”
“Tomlinson.” I shook my head. “Have you already forgotten?”
“No.” He smiled. “I just wanted to hear you say it.”
“Say it again.”
“Tomlinson.” I whispered close to his ear. “My name is Teddy Nichole Tomlinson.”
“Teddy, I want to do this right.”
“You’re carrying me.” I giggled from his neck. Yeah, I may or may not be leaving a love bite… or five on his neck.
“I want to do this right, Bear.” He whispered trying to lean away from my attack. “God, please stop.” He finally left out a big moan, which I giggled and finally looked at him. “How bad did you kill my neck?”
“It looks beautiful.” I bit my lip looking at my work before sliding down his body and I may of bumped into something. Now it’s my time to moan.
“Jesus.” He growled, picked me up bridal style and pretty much flew us into our room.
“Out on the deck.” I smiled.
“The deck.” I repeated. “The couch/bed like thinger out there. Let’s go out there.”
“Teddy, I want to get you naked.” He growled.
“And you will.” I smiled and swung my legs. “Out on the deck’s couch/bed like thinger.”
“And if someone’s out in the water?”
“They’ll get a show.” I shrugged with a smile. “Take me to the deck, husband.”
“Say that again.” He smiled the biggest smile I’ve ever seen his face hold.
“Husband. Husband. Husband.” I repeated over and over again and said it once more in his ear.
“I’ve just decided.” He started as he walked us out onto the deck and flung me on the couch/bed thing. “We’re not leaving this room for the rest of the trip.”
“And what if I want to leave?” I smiled as he got onto the couch/bed thing and hovered over me. I need to learn the name’s of things.
“I’ll tie you to the bed.” He replied then looked to the side some. “That’s a brilliant idea.”
“Next time.” I giggled pulling his shirt over his head. “Now, let’s get those pants off of you.” I smiled flipping us over.
“I hate when you’re on top.” He sighed laying his head back.
“Why?” I squeaked.
“You fucking tease the shit out of me.” He huffed.
“You never complain in the end.” I giggled sliding down a bit and took his pants and boxers off. “You know something awesome?”
“What’s that?” He asked as he leaned up on his elbows as I got to my feet and took off my shorts and underwear.
“So we’re married, right?”
“Yes.” He smiled sitting up and pulling me to him and lifted my shirt over my head.
“Well if this couldn’t get any better.” I smiled laying us down and straddled his waist.
“Where is this going Teddy?”
“We’re married now, so there’s something we don’t necessarily need anymore.” I smiled rubbing him some.
“Please get to the point you’re trying to make.” He panted laying back.
“We no longer need to use condoms.” I whispered slipping him in and laid down onto him.
“Wh…” He stopped and snapped his head up. “You’re sure?”
“Isn’t that what the honeymoon is for? Starting a family.” I asked as I kissed and occasionally nipped at his skin.
“For the people ready for that next step.” He smiled flipping us over. “Are you 100% sure?”
“Yes.” I smiled.
“Once we start trying, I’m not stopping.” He warned.
“Well then good thing we don’t need condoms to try.”
“Please don’t be stubborn.” He whined and kissed my shoulder blade.
“Louis, I’d like some sleep.” I growled, but rolled closer to him. He’s warm and we need to start to close the back door or here soon, I’ll have a cold. “What are we doing today?”
“Do you remember what I said last night?”
“‘We’re not leaving this room for the rest of the trip.’” I sighed. “Yes, yes I do.”
“Then you should know what we’re doing today.” He whispered flipping me onto my back and straddled me. “Open your eyes, Bear?”
“Too bright.” I fought.
“What about now?” He asked and it did get a little darker, but it was still bright.
“Mmm uh.” I shook my head.
“What?” I asked popping one eye open. He looked cute. And tired. ‘Trying’ takes a lot of energy out of a person. But anyways, he’s basically sitting on me, without sitting on me and he’s holding the sheet over our heads to lessen the brightness for me. Perfect husband. Ahh. Husband.
“What’s with the goofy smile, goof?”
“We got married last night.” I smiled.
“Yeah and?” He smiled moving some of my hair out of my face.
“It’s sorta hard to believe.” I shrugged.
“How can I make it believable?” He asked leaning down and kissed my collar bone.
“Maybe get wedding bands?” I asked, which made his lips freeze. “Just kidding?”
“Bear, this has to stay quiet.” He said looking at me and I frowned. “Babe, I want to tell people, I really, really do, but we need to let people know the right way.”
“Okay.” I nodded slightly.
“How about this, we buy wedding bands, but we only wear them when we’re by ourselves?”
“You’d do that?” I smiled.
“I don’t want you to be mad at me because of this.” He nodded.
“I’m not mad…” I trailed whenever he looked at me with a ‘what the fuck ever, Teddy. I know you better than I know myself’ look. There’s a look for that. Trust me. “Alright, I’m somewhat mad. But I want everyone to know you’re mine and I’m yours.”
“Everyone does know that.” He smiled leaning down and kissed me softly.
“After Shay’s born, how about we tell people?”
“That’s in like three-ish months.”
“You’d be okay with that?”
“Yes.” He smiled.
“Teddy, I married you, for crying out loud. I’m not going to be able to keep this a secret for too long.” He laughed.
“So in three-ish months, we’ll announce we’re married or engaged?”
“Louis?!” I scoffed pushing at him, sat up and pushed the sheet off of my head. “Seriously?”
“Listen how this would look, ‘Tomlinson has baby with ex-girlfriend while he and current girlfriend run off and get married.’”
“You’ll get even more hate, babe.” He sighed. “They’ll assume you’re trying to keep my attention to you.”
“I don’t care about what others think, Louis!” I said through clenched teeth. “They don’t know anything about what I feel towards you or what goes on in our house.”
“I know.” He whispered. “Babe, I’m just looking out for you.”
“Then when can we announce we’re married?” I whispered.
“Whenever we officially get married in front of our families?” He pretty much asked.
“Seriously?” I growled.
“It’s not that bad.” He tried to laugh.
“People will find out sooner or later.”
“Don’t hate me if I’m hoping for sooner.”
“Bear, I could never hate you. Not even a little bit.”
