Niall and I woke up because there was a knock at the door. I got up out of bed to find my panties and bra on opposite sides of the room. I threw one of Niall’s shirts on and walked to the door. When I opened it I saw the boys, Danielle, Perrie, and Eleanor. I said, ”what are you guys doing here?” Niall walked up behind me and said,” Hey guys.” “Is this another one of your surprises,” I said as I turned around and asked Niall. He shook his head as everyone made their way in. “We just thought we would stop by for a couple of days to say hi,” said Louis heading up stairs. I looked at Niall and he gave me a look that probably meant,’I didn’t know this was going to happen.’
After every one was settled in, we all went to the beach. The boys were swimming in the ocean and us girls were sitting on the beach watching them. “So what did Niall do for you,” said Danielle. The boys came out of the ocean when I said,” well…” I showed them the ring. I looked up to see Harry staring at the ring then his stare reached me. “Oh my God did he ask you to marry him,” said Perrie. “No it’s a promise ring,” I said. “Oh,” said Eleanor admiring my ring. “I didn’t know you proposed to Sam,” said Harry. “Oh no it’s just a promise ring,” said Niall. I saw a wave of relief run across Harry’s face. Then Niall said,”remember when I did this.” He picked me up and ran into the ocean. “Niall,” I screamed. I saw everyone laughing. He let go and I splashed into the water. I came up and started punching Niall. He laughed. Everyone ran into the ocean and started splashing with us. The rest of the boys did what Niall did and picked up their girlfriends and dropped them into the water, except for Harry. He came up from behind me and grabbed my wrists and Niall grabbed my ankles. “Guys help,” I said to everyone else, but they weren’t paying attention. They picked me up swung me back and forth before letting go cause me to splash into the ocean. I felt a wave crash over me causing me to get pushed underwater. My eyes were closed so I couldn’t see what was going on. I started chocking before I felt hands grab my waist and pull me out. When I opened my eyes I saw someone carrying me back up to the house as the others followed. I couldn’t make out who it was because my eyes were stinging from the salt water. I saw Niall next to me. “Niall…” I managed to say before passing out.
I woke up in bed, but instead of having on wet clothes I had dry clothes on. When I got up and went downstairs, I saw everyone sitting on the couch. Niall rushed over to me and said,” Sam how are you feeling.” “Ok,” I said as Niall gave me a hug and a kiss. “I feel really bad, I should have never done that to you, I didn’t know you were going to almost drown,” said Niall. “It’s fine,” I said as I gave Niall a kiss. When we sat down on the couch, I asked everyone,”who carried me back because that is the last I can remember,” I said. “Me,” said Harry. “I’m sorry for almost causing you to drown,” said Harry as he gave me a hug. It was kind of an awkward hug, at least to me it was. When he let me go, I said,” and who dressed me.” I said looking around at the faces staring at me. “Me,” said Niall with a smirk. “Oh shut up Niall,” said Danielle. “Us girls are the ones that chose your fabulous outfit,” Eleanor. “Don’t take our credit,” said Perrie.
Everyone went up to their rooms to get dressed for the cookout on the beach. We had 3 hours before it was supposed to start, so I took a nap with Niall because I was still tired from the beach. When I laid down next to Niall he said,” Sam I wish I could have been your lifesaver,” he said with a frown. “Niall, you are my lifesaver,” I said as I gave him a kiss and nestled my head in between his shoulder and neck. He smiled and closed his eyes to go to sleep. I fell asleep next to Niall. Everything in that moment just felt…right.
