Nialls POV

i woke up with several pairs of eyes on me .

"guys hes awake !" That sounded like harry .

"Harry?" I asked

"yeah Niall its me are you feeling alright ."

"yeah I'm fine how long was i out ? And where's emily ?"i asked looking around the room.

"Niall." Louis began clearing his throat ." Emily.... Didn't make it... to the hospital on time ... She died an hour ago."

It felt like my whole world had collapsed around me i had only known her for about a week but i had fell deeply in love so fast and so hard i didn't even know it was possible.
I didn't even try to hold back the tears i let them flow freely.

"Niall? " louis spoke up again ."she was carrying twins." Another bomb dropped on me not only have i lost the love of my life but i lost my two children now i sobbed even harder tears continuously pouring down my cheeks staining the sheets of the hospital bed . Doctors and nurses running past the room carrying bags of blood and iv needles . A doctor ducked his head in the door.

"were any of you hear for emily fisher? " he asks we all shake our heads in unison .

"Why?" two girls in the back ask

"its a miracle her monitor came back on and her heart beat reset shes alive ." I sat there in shock . Shes alive.
