"Marcel wait!" I called out to him. I watched the hallways and all I saw was a dot disappearing into the distance. Great,there goes my only friend. I continued down the hallway,straight past the cafeteria and outside. Luck was on my side, as I saw Marcel sitting on a bench next to a tree,with his face in his hands.

"Marcel buddy..are you okay?" I asked sitting next to him. He looked up at me.

He sniffled.

"They always ruin everything for me." he cried.

"Whose they?"

"Er..um..nobody." he whispered.

"No tell me. Whose bullying you?"

"No one is bullying me..it's just that..ugh why me?" Marcel jumbled his words in frustrated.

"It's okay,it's your business anyway,you don't have to tell me,"

I rubbed his back soothingly.

"Now,about that tutoring? Where and when?" I asked,still rubbing his back.

Suddenly,his eyes turned a silvery blue.

"How about my house tonight? My mom is rarely ever home." he said winking.

I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Cheeky much?"

He eyes turned back the light shade of green again.

"It-it happened again." he said,with a hand on his heart.

"Marcel,please tell me what's going on?"

Marcel looked down embarrassed.

I scooted closer to him. I looked up at him,seeing he was taller than me.

"Marcel,is there something you aren't telling me?"

"It's hard to expla-" before he could finish,his eyes turned to that dark emerald green again.

"Miss me?" Marcel asked.

"I was here with you all this time."

"You were here with Marcel.Not me."

"What?"

Marcel's eyes changed again. Back to it's normal bright green.

I looked at him,confused.

"J-Just meet me after school for your tutoring session." he said and quickly scurried off inside.

What the heck was that? What is going on with him?
