"And then he got up, and Zayn and Zach followed."
Niall and Louis just kind of stared at me. We were sitting in one of the practice rooms in the Performing Arts Hall, snacking on pizza. It was pretty awesome. Anyways, we met up there so I could tell them about my triumph from earlier today. I spent majority of the early afternoon getting my stuff ready to go for tomorrow. It was weird that the first day of school was on a Friday, but hey, it's better than a Monday. Anyway, back to what was going on.
"I can't believe you did that! It would have been even better if you poured your tea over his head. That would be brilliant." Louis sadi excitedly.
"But why did you do that? I mean I know were friends and all, but you've only known us for a day. You've aso only known Harry for a day and you're choosing sides already." Niall replied.
"I don't know, I feel like you gyus would be a way better choice in friends than Harry and his gang would be. I'm not going to let a self-centered jerk like him control my life."
"Well, with that I think I better be going.." Louis trailed off.
"Wait why?" I asked.
"I.. uh.."
"He's going to go try to talk to Eleanor! He knows that she is usually at Starbucks at this time!" Niall said pointing at Louis.
"Oooh who is Eleanor??" I said excitedly.
"She is this really fit girl that Louis has a massive crush on." Niall giggled.
"Is this true Louis?" I said smiling at him.
"Yeah.. But she is so focused on her studies. Plus I feel like she has a thing for Zayn, I'm not sure. I'm trying my best though." He said with a smile and ran off.
"I really hope that he gets her. That would be so good for both of them. Not that I have really talked to Eleanor before." Niall said.
"Yeah, I'm sure. Louis is so sweet, he deserves someone special. And he seems to really like her"
"Oh yes, he has ever since school ended last spring." Niall said.
"Aww, that is precious!"
"Yeah. So I know it's weird that our first day of school is on a Friday, but there is this big party thrown to celebrate the start of school after the football game..." Niall began to tell me.
"Oh that's cool! I should probably go to get to know people more huh?"
"I was hoping you would want to go, but would you want to go with me?" Niall said kind of shyly.
He looked down and wouldn't look at me, like he was scared I would say know. But why in the world would I say no? I feel like Niall and I would be a really great match. He was hot, loved music, and funny. No way could I say no.
"I would actually really like that Niall." I said really confidantly. Boom point for Reyna. Then I smiled wide at him, mainly because I was excited that he might have the slightest interestin me. Boom point number two for Reyna. He looked up at me all wide eyed.
"Really!? That's great!" He said.
We both were smiling at each other for the rest of the time we spent together, which didn't feel like much time at all, but we looked at the clock and 3 hours had passed. It was already 9 oclock. But hey, neither of us really cared, we probably would have stayed there until 3 AM if it wasn't for the first day of school the next day.
"I don't mean to be a sissy or anything, but we do have school in the morning, and I don't want to be too exhausted." I said shyly.
"Haha, no I understand. Let me walk you back to your dorm." He opened the door for me and we headed outside and walked back to my hall. It was dark out, you could see the stars clear as day. Even though the sky was pretty, it was cold out. I liked the feeling of the sun on a perfect day. It just cheered me up, you know? The only time I really liked the night was when there was a full bright moon and the stars were shining so bright it felt like you could touch them. That was about one of the only times I loved the moon.
"Are you cold? Do you need to borrow my jacket?" Niall asked me all of the sudden.
"No, I'll be fine!" I said as I shivered and chattered my teeth.
"Nah, you need it more than I do." He said as he took off his jacket and put it on me. Holy crap this jacket smells incredible.. He wears awesome colone. Ugh colone is so sexy. I love guys with colone. Mmmm.. "Thanks." I said shyly.
This was all so new for me. I had only known Niall two days and it felt like I had known him my whole life. I had a couple relationships back home, but they weren't worth it and I ended up hurt. Other than those two guys, guys in general were never interested in me. I kind of secluded myself anyways, I went through a bit of a rough time.
We walked in silence for a little bit. We kept looking over at each other, but neither of us were brave enough to make a move. We eventually ended up at my hall, and it was time to say goodbye.
Well should I hug him, maybe even a kiss? No, too far. I don't want t give his jacket back, but maybe I should? Why am I so awkward.
"I had a load of fun with you tonight Reyna. I hope we can do it again sometime." He said.
"Yeah, me too." I said smiling back.
"I can't wait for the party tomorrow night. I may see you before then, but be ready at 6 for the game and the party."
"Alright, I think I can manage that."
"Alright, well... Goodnight." He said with a grin
"Goodnight Niall."
I was just about to turn around and walk inside, when he gave me a small peck on the cheek. It was smal, but with a lot of meaning. My heart fluttered, and I stared at him with nothing but a smile. He smiled back, put his hand in his pockets and walked away.
I ran up to my room as fast as could and told Danielle everything.
"Wow! You have certainly had an exciting day!" She squeeled.
"Yes, it was indeed." I laughed.
"Well I'm going to sleep now, we do start our studies tomorrow. Goodnight Reyna!"
"Goodnight Danielle!"
I then layed on my bed and fell asleep with the biggest smile on my face.
