Tyler’s P.O.V.
I woke up to hear Rachel trying to suppress her laughter. I looked over at hers laptop screen and saw Jenna Marbles one of my favorite youtubers. Then I looked over and saw the other girls still asleep. It almost noon so that meant our 14 hr flight was almost over. I tapped on Rachel’s shoulder startling her. (she’s such a scaredy cat) She took out her earphones and looked over to me.
“hi, scaredy cat” she pushed me “ you are so mean” I only giggled in reply. I grabbed Pride & Prejudice from my carry on and got lost in the book.

“wtf Jen” Lee screamed. “your dad totally hooked us up”. We all looked around the hotel in awe. Jen’s dad had paid for our trip (he’s kinda loaded). “he said it was 5 star, but damn” I stated eyeing some of the hot bell boys.
We all walked up to the front desk so Jen could check us in. we all got room keys and headed up to the very top floor. Rachel was the one who opened the double doors to our suite.
“Ba-zow” I stated looking around (it’s kinda my catch phrase at the moment).
“ahhh” immediately I knew it was Bree. (I must say she can be very loud at times) we all ran to see what was going on and we ended up on a patio thing and it was very nice.
“what is the matter with you” lee asked. We all looked around seeing nothing truly amiss.
“look at this view” I rolled my eyes and walked back into the room. I mean yes, the view of the beach is nice but really?
“guys I choose my bed and I’m going to the beach to read. Laters” I change into my bathing suit and grabbed a book on my way out Bree stopped me.
“hey, we’re all meeting back here at the room so we can go out tonight. Kk?” I thought about this for a second. I mean I’m not exactly the cluby type but hey this is a vacation and I hate to be the party pooper.
“cool I’ll be back soon” and I was out the door.

So instead of sitting in the sand like I planned I was at some sort of drink bar with shade. I stupidly forgot sun screen and did not want to risk getting sunburned. (again)
“hey, can I get you something to drink?” I looked up to see the bartender.
“I uh can’t drink” I feel so awkward.
“oh we don’t do alcohol here. Otherwise I wouldn’t even be able to do the bar” she ended with a little chuckle. She stuck her hand out and I shook it “I’m Naomi, nice to meet you” she seems friendly enough.
“I’m Tyler, nice to meet you too” from there it kinda went into an awkward silence mainly because I was the only one at the bar so she had nothing to do.
“well, Tyler you could still get a drink if you want”
“uh could I get a strawberry smoothie?”
“coming right up”
Once I got my smoothie Naomi hopped over the counter. “well, my shift is up” I looked around and saw a schedule that said she was supposed to get off like ten minutes ago.
“hey, you stayed to make my smoothie”
“yeah it’s my job”
“no ten minutes ago it was, you are too nice”
“it’s cool”
“nope I have to repay you come out with us tonight”
“I’m cool with that” we exchanged phone numbers and I told her to meet us at the hotel room around nine to get ready.
Back in the room I picked out the outfit I’m wearing tonight and took a nap before my friends came back and forced me to have fun. Darn them.
