Somebody Like Me
Louis.....Engaged.... WTF?!?
Alice's POV-
"Alice? Allie?" Niall's face comes into view slowly
"No! Don't hurt me!' I cover my face with my hands to prepare myself to blow but it doesn't come. Instead he wraps me in a warm embrace and rubs circles up and down my back.
"It was just a dream."
That's when I fully brake down and sob into his shirt, crumpling it between my head and hands.
"It was horrible! First we were in the woods an-and you d-died and I cried and then you were in a different room and you were crazy and told me you hated me!" I end up sobbing even harder-if that's possible- and he pulls back, keeping me at arms length.
"Alice look at me," he commands in a quiet tone and I obey like a good little girl "That doesn't make any sense, now does it? Your my best friend and always will be. I would never try to hard you."
I look Into his amazing blue eyes and hiccup slightly. He will never understand how much I love him. The way he holds me and fixes me when I'm broken. He will always hold my heart, even if he doesn't know it.
"It was just all so real," I say looking away and in a hushed tone.
Niall hopes off the bed and extends his hand to help me up. I take it slowly and he pulls me up and leads me to the living room. The mood is somber and quiet. It's never like this so I start to get a little scared. Just as I feel fine everyone looks at me like they're on the verge of tears.
"1, 2, 3, 4...... Crap!" I think silently.
"What's going on?" I ask and I just get blank, sad stares back.
"Louis is at the hospital. He was beaten and he kind of blacked out."
"WHAT?" I scream and everyone cringes. "If this is a prank you guys won't live to see the next day."
"It's true!" Liam pipes up, sounding like a small child. "We were coming out of a building and these drunk biker guys came after Lou. We couldn't do anything because they said if we tried to help they would kill him." Liam starts to whimper which soon turns into sobbing.
"Let's go. NOW!"

When we get to the waiting room I start pacing. Louis was one of my best friends. We would talk about everything. I can't stand to see him hurt. The Louis that laughs at everything. The Louis that is crazy. The Louis that is so caring. The Louis that loves life. I don't know what mine would be like without him. The nurse comes out with a clipboard and a serious face.
"Good new! He's awake but only family can see him at the moment."
I have to think fast. Suddenly I remember my diamond birthstone ring I got for my birthday and slip it on my ring finger.
"I'm his feonsia," I tell her wiggling my "engagement" ring. Niall cringes at my words and I step into Lou's room.
His eyes are open and I run to him, giving him a big bear hug.
"Honey I'm so glad your okay!" I say pulling back and quickly giving him the "we'll talk later" look. He catches on and beams at me then does something unexpected. He kiss me full on. The strangest thing is I don't have to pretend to like it because, honestly, I do. We don't even notice when the nurse leaves but she's not there when we brake away. I pull away first, smiling and blushing.
"Sorry about that. I told them we were engaged." Louis chuckles and looks at my ring.
"Wow! I sure do know how to pick out a stone!" we both laugh and then he leans closer.
"Alice can I kiss you?" he whispers, his nose pressed to mine and his warm breath in my face.
I kiss him as my answer. He licks my bottom lip, begging for entrance, and I happily accept. I feel butterflies in my stomach and they burst, creating fireworks. After about a minute or so the nurse clears her throat and we break away breathless and blushing.
"The boys would like to see you now. I'm allowed to let them in if you want me too."
"Send them in!" Louis replies and it makes me laugh.
The boys enter and are probably are going to ask a million and one questions until they see the smiles on our faces.
"What did you do?" they all ask in unison and Louis and I burst out laughing which just gets them more confused.
"Well..." I start.

"..... and that children is the meaning of life." I concude and everyone looks confused except for Louis who just looks annoyed. He rolls his eyes and sighs.
"Oh my gosh. We kissed okay!"
"YOU WHAT?" they yell together again. Honestly it's getting more then creepy.
"Well," I start again "it all started when....:"

YAY! NEW CHAPTER!! Hope you guys liked it cause I had fun writing it!!What about Nallie :(? Allouis? Is they a thing??? Next chapter is proby gonna be Niall's pov mixed with some lou pov and yea.
