Chapter Fourty-Two
Cheri's P.O.V
There is something off about Victoria I can't really put my finger on it. It's really irritating that I can't figure out what's different with her. I stare at her from the kitchen door, I felt someone come up behind me. It's Louis I can tell by his scent.
"Louis have you noticed anything different about Victoria." I whispered.
"Yeah I have." He said in a sad tone, I turned around and looked at him.
"Do you know what it is?" I said frantically.
"Yeah, she fed on humans last night." He said looking at the floor shaking his head.
"That's it!" I shout whispered.
"Her eyes are red." I shake my head feeling stupid for not putting two and two together.
"I can't believe she did it." He said still looking at the floor.
"I can't either, she never has fed on humans as long as I have known her. I wonder what made her decide to do it last night." I said confused.
"Vampires usually get the urge, the need to feed on humans when they feel guilty." He said lowly.
"What could she possibly be guilty about?" I asked.
"I don't know, but I have a feeling Harry knows." He said with his voice full of hate.
-3 hours later-
I finally got Harry alone, everyone went out to go shopping. Harry decided to stay back so I decided to do the same. I really need to know why Victoria was guilty. I'm surprised Louis didn't stay as well, but that would look kind of fishy I guess. Eh I don't know. Me and Harry were in the living room watching tv. I know I should start interrogating right away.
"So Harry how's life."
"It's pretty good I guess, how's yours?"
"You know I can't complain." Silence, "Harry I have a question to as you." "
Alright what is it?" He said turning and looking at me.
"Why is Victoria feeling guilty?" I asked. Harry's face goes pale, he looks at the ground.
"It's because me and Victoria kissed." He said quietly.
They what?! I cannot believe she didn't tell me. Oh this girl is going to get an earful.
